Entre Tramites leaked all of my private data - stay away
Avoid Entre Trámites at all costs. One of their freelancers uploaded all my personal documents online—my full address, my rental contract, my girlfriend’s contract, and my complete financial records. I found out by accident when I searched my name on Google and saw everything publicly available on studocu.com, a site I had never even heard of.
When I confronted Entre Trámites, they admitted to the breach but had no idea how long my documents had been exposed or how many people had downloaded them. Their only explanation was that a freelancer outside the EU had access to my data and uploaded it. That’s it. No real accountability, no real safeguards—just carelessness with highly sensitive information.
This is not a simple mistake. This is gross negligence. They put my privacy, my finances, and my security at serious risk. My complaint is now with the data protection authorities, but I’m leaving this review as a warning. Do not trust this company with anything.

Louis was clear on his explanations and right away understood my financial picture and how to approach it. There were no gimmicks or magic formulas. These are the requirements from the Spanish tax agency and based on your financial picture these are your obligations. That's the information I wanted it and that is what I got.

This company is charging money from me even though they didn't provide any service for me!
I spoke to them from the beginning and told them I needed an english speaking accountant. Then they think I want to attend a meeting with someone sitting in Columbia with a translator on! After not providing the service I needed, I told them to cancel, and still have my cancellation they are so rude to charge me money from my account. I told them if they do not refund me the money, i will write a bad review about their company! apparently they do not care about service or their clients, but only about money! Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Louis was incredibly helpful
Louis was fantastic - I have done a few consultations with other tax experts and Louis was the only one to actually calculate an approximation of the taxes we would owe to both Spain and the U.S. He was very detailed and answered all of my questions clearly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
