Terrible service, useless, horrible experience
Terrible service, I bought the full package and was supposed to finish in 6 weeks. "Hi there," it's been almost 4 months! You can do it alone; you will save time and money! Horrible experience. Once you've paid your fees, that's when the problems start. I dealt with Luisa, useless; she never kept me in the loop with the current status, she gave wrong information about the steps to get the NUSS, never up to date with any information, and the worst thing, she just disappeared. I contacted customer service, and guess what, 11 days without any response.

Louis sells the company so well but that’s it, staff aren’t based in Spain
Louis sells the company so well but once you've paid your fees that's when the problems start. I dealt with Jania, useless, would never keep me in the loop with current status, would disappear for weeks on end and seemed quite junior in the role. I basically did all the steps on behalf of this company. Staff aren´t based in Spain, so I think his company uses inexperienced Upworkers in Latin America

Avoid at all costs!! This company is a complete scam! I paid for a service that they later told me they couldn’t complete due to a technical issue on their end. Fair enough—but despite repeatedly assuring me I would receive a full refund, they only issued a partial one. I’ve contacted them multiple times via email and WhatsApp, and my messages have been completely ignored. Terrible customer service and dishonest practices. Don’t risk going through the same experience.

(english below) Cuidado con Entre Trámites y su personal mal capacitado, especialmente si no quieres acabar pagando una multa de más de 300 € debido a su mal servicio.
Tuve problema tras problema con esta empresa:
• Tardaron más de un mes en darme de alta como autónomo.
• La gestora constantemente omitía facturas, y tuve que corregir los ingresos mensuales que ella declaraba.
• Nunca hubo una comunicación clara sobre cómo funciona el sistema de autónomos en España, lo que llevó a varios malentendidos.
En un momento, cerré mi cuenta bancaria pensando que ya había pagado todas mis cuotas de autónomo, bajo la creencia de que la cuota se paga al final del mes anterior. Lamentablemente, no era así. Y como mi gestora no me notificó de ningún problema con los pagos, en lugar de deber solo 57 €, terminé con una multa con intereses que ascendió a casi 300 €.

I had problem after problem with this company:
• It took them over a month to register me as autónomo.
• The gestor consistently missed invoices, and I had to correct the monthly income she was reporting.
• There was never any clear communication about how the autónomo system works in Spain, which led to several misunderstandings.
At one point, I closed my bank account thinking I had already paid all my autónomo fees, under the impression that the fee is charged at the end of the previous month. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. And because my gestor failed to inform me of any issues with the payments, I ended up not just owing €57—but facing penalties and interest totaling nearly €300.

🔹 Retraso en el alta como autónomo: Entendemos la importancia de una gestión rápida y lamentamos cualquier demora. Este tipo de trámites depende de varios factores administrativos, pero tomamos nota para revisar si hubo algo que podríamos haber hecho mejor.
🔹 Errores en la declaración de facturas: Nos preocupa saber que tu gestora no reflejó correctamente tus ingresos. Nuestro equipo debe estar siempre atento a los detalles contables, por lo que este punto será revisado internamente.
🔹 Falta de información clara sobre el sistema de autónomos: Nuestro objetivo es que cada cliente entienda su situación fiscal y cómo funcionan sus obligaciones. Si no logramos comunicarlo adecuadamente en tu caso, te pedimos disculpas. Vamos a reforzar este aspecto con todo el equipo.
🔹 Multa por cierre de cuenta bancaria: Comprendemos la frustración de recibir una sanción inesperada. Es responsabilidad compartida asegurar que los pagos estén al día, y aunque las cuotas de autónomo las gestiona directamente la Seguridad Social, reconocemos que podríamos haberte alertado con mayor antelación si notamos algo inusual.

Tuve una experiencia completamente insatisfactoria con esta empresa. Un trámite que debía resolverse en 48 horas se extendió por más de dos meses sin ninguna respuesta clara ni solución concreta. Durante todo ese tiempo, no solo perdí tiempo valioso, sino que también tuve que rehacer gestiones por mi cuenta sin ningún tipo de apoyo real. Aunque finalmente me ofrecieron un reembolso, esto no compensa en absoluto el desgaste ni los inconvenientes ocasionados. La falta de profesionalismo y organización es inaceptable. Espero sinceramente que revisen sus procesos, porque ningún cliente debería pasar por una situación como esta. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

I had the displeasure of being assigned to Maria Robles and my experience was horrible. She was constantly missing emails and letting me know things 7, 10, or more days later. We almost missed two important deadlines and there was never any apology, but a bunch of excuses. Visas are important and you shouldn't trust the process to someone who doesn't respect you enough to stay on top of it.

Easy to set up the conference. Louis was extremely informative and knowledgeable about complex tax matters and provided helpful practical advice on dealing with a variety of issues. Very reasonable fees. And we've already contracted with them for assistance on non-tax matters.
