I don't believe this company is trading.
I am not convinced this is a trading company. You cannot call anyone at the company whichever option you choose. I ordered an items in stock but still waiting 2 weeks later, with no delivery date or despatch email. I have emailed and called all to know avail. Fortunately I paid by credit card so will get the money back through my bank when item is 15 days late, which is tomorrow. Please check reviews before purchasing from this company and then order from someone else.

Scam company
Ordered goods in May 2025, we are now in October and still no sign. I'm constantly told delivery will be my mid next week and that date always comes and goes. Have held my money for 5 months now potentially earning interest from this at my expense. Avoid this company at all costs

use with caution
I placed an order and then the run around started. After multiple emails, phone calls and no response I raised a dispute with my credit card provider. They then started communicating!! I expect they won't even read this just copy ant paste a reply as they have done to all the other one star reviews they have.

Don't waste your time and money
Placed an order with some items out of stock. A month later the goods are all showing in stock on the website yet still no goods have been despatched to me. I have chased multiple times to be told the order will be "despatched at the end of this week" surprise surprise this hasn't happened. I rang them last week on Friday and was told someone would find out what's going on and call me back before the end of the day....that didn't happen. This company is a scam..steer well clear of them! I now need to try and get my money back which they strangely enough they were very efficient at taking!

I would give zero stars if this was an option.
I read the reviews and decided to take a chance as they were the only website "with stock". They accepted my order and of course took payment immediately. When the goods did not arrive I phoned and was assured they were on their way. I was not convinced and sure enough a few minutes later I received an email saying the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 14 days. I have been contacting the email addresses they suggest (sales and accounts) and nothing has been done. No refund is forthcoming and I am furious with myself for not taking notice of other reviews. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! I will be taking this up with Trading Standards as I think the company is a scam.

After a lot of chasing I finally received a refund !
