Highly recomended, service is 5 out 5 and that is hard to come by. Delivery was a little earlier than expected which is a major plus. You have a customer for life!

Smooth Experience

Really smooth experience. The site is easy to use and everything was straightforward. Good prices, fast delivery, and I’d happily order from them again.

I recently placed an order with ENRGTECH, and I'm really happy with the entire experience! I had no trouble selecting exactly what I needed because the ordering process was simple, quick, and straightforward to use.Overall, ordering from ENRGTECH was a great and hassle-free experience. I would absolutely buy with them again because of the careful attention to detail and seamless delivery!

I had a great experience ordering from EnrgTech. The website was easy to use, the checkout process was smooth, and my order arrived quickly and well-packaged. Customer service was also responsive and helpful when I had a question. The product quality exceeded my expectations and works perfectly. I highly recommend EnrgTech to anyone looking for reliable products and great service. Will definitely order again!

Order PO22320 | Promised a refund for out of stock, never refunded

Order PO22320

I ordered in Nov 2025 - item was out of stock and refund committed.

Refund was claimed to have failed - since then have tried to follow every 10 days and each time I get comments such that it is in queue.

No progress as of today on my refund of ~GBP 500

Based on the below reviews seems this is less of a one off incident but common practice - I advise avoiding this seller

UPDATE: 27 Feb => EnrgTech team responded to this and my email claiming a system issue, but still no refund

questions about goods

The response time when we purchased the item and the shipping time were excellent. The price was also good. However, the response when we asked about the completeness of the item or its specifications was less than satisfactory. Even my questions about the item I wanted to buy were never answered, either via online chat or email.

They scammed me, 1 year still no refund no item no response

I paid 678.53 GBP for an item around March 2025. Which was supposed to be delivered within 15 days. It took longer, i contacted them and they told me item is out of stock and it will be available within two months. I waited another 3 months nothing. I contacted them again and they asked me it can take another 3 months. I requested refund, and waited for a month for refund to be proceed but again nothing. When i contacted them, they said they have some issue with refunding process and they want my bank details to wire transfer. I provided my bank details waited for another month and still nothing. I did email to (r.gecole, info, accounts, technical.support) and now its been almost a Year and they never refunded my amount. I do have all emails as proof. My order number is: PO19424.
