Good products and prices but delivery can be slow. Order took 24 days. But a good supplier!

Don't go there. I purchased, paid later they said out of stock. I asked for refund: standard reply technical problem, and this and that. 8 reminder emails and same reply or they don't reply. Never refunded until now (PO # 119657 dated 18 March 2025). This is not a professional company. (reply from ENRGTECH after 2 hours: that refund processed. Its completely deceiving reply as NO REFUND RCVD and their emails of May, June, July are the proof)

Never received paid items and no refund
Items out of stock, I'm still waiting for a refund after 4 months. It looks like they do this with many customers... And we even can't review on Google because they did not allow it, strange isn't it ?

Don't go there
Goods stated as on stock but never turned up. On contacting told next week, next week. In the end cancelled and they agreed a refund. Guess what over a month later no refund. They lied and stated credit card wouldn't allow the transaction. Seems strange actions for a real company. Contact also difficult phones not answered so only email. Is this a real company¿??????

Bought the product for over £200, they did not have that in stock, cancelled my order, now saying to wait 2 weeks for a refund, joke!

Do not touch this company
Like most reviewers, I wish I had checked on trustpilot before purchasing from them. Website says items in stock. They weren't. For weeks I called them and they just made constant excuses.
Eventually I told they I wanted a refund and if it wasn't fast I would contact trading standards and request a chargeback on my card. I did receive the refund a few days later.
This company needs to be shut down.

AVOID
The goods did not arrive after two weeks. Asking for a refund gots lots of twaddle about computer problems. Got tough and - what a non-surprise - the computer system suddenly worked. Avoid - the goods on the website are not necessarily in stock, if they are they're not posted, and refunds are difficult / slow. How are these people still in business, and why haven't Trading Standards been to investigate / prosecute / shut down ?
Editing in response to the comment - what I meant was that getting a refund was slow. Yes, once the refund was issued it went into the bank account quickly.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company, just like other users write. I paid £1787 for the displays (Order Ref: 120427). They were supposed to be in stock, but it's a lie. The company communicates sporadically and tries to delay the refund as much as possible. If you view the address in google maps, it is clear that this is a fraudulent company. I have currently initiated legal action and will try to get my money back. It is clear that the price of a real lawsuit would exceed the stolen money. Fortunately, I have friends who are lawyers in England, so I will try to get my money back this way. In any case, do not buy anything from this company!!!

WARNING They took my money, failed to supply, still not refunded me several months later
Reading the reviews, I see the pattern, I have experienced the pain of dealing with this dubious company.
They advertise goods as in stock (both on the website and confirmed verbally in my case). After placing an order and waiting a week for delivery, I followed up — only to receive conflicting excuses from different staff members. Suddenly, the item had a very long lead time.
I requested to cancel, which they quickly confirmed, and was told I would receive a refund within 14 days.
3 months later, I still have not received the refund. I’ve been given multiple excuses: issues with their payment processor, refund confirmation emails that never translate into actual funds, and requests for alternative bank details — all stalling tactics. They are all "we don't know why it has happened, we are giving it our highest priority, we will promptly deal with it" - load of cobblers
They are now ignoring our emails as I presume they have run out of excuses on why they haven't refunded us.
This leads me to question what is really going on:
Is it a poorly managed company with inaccurate stock systems and failing internal processes?
Is it worse — a deliberate attempt to collect payments for goods they can’t supply, with no intention to refund?
Is it policy — an intentional delay in refunding customers, possibly to inflate short-term financials?
Or is the company in financial trouble and simply unable to return customers' money?
Whatever the reason, my experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. I would strongly advise others to avoid using Enrgtech.
EDIT - their response is nonsense, the same as when they "used" to respond to my emails.

"Kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales" that the same team I emailed last week who have not responded? Or your CEO Mr Al-Lami? Or your Operations Manager Mr Gonzales? Or the salesperson Farrah who was trying to get more business from me back in January (hope she isn't on commission)? ALL ignoring my emails.

Ordered and paid for £900 worth of parts, then waited and waited, only to be told that they don't actually have them!
Promised a quick refund which then turned out to be 3 months of waiting!
They are either unknowingly or wilfully inept.

Dishonest company, avoid using them.
Placed an order on 25th February for £1,985 this was for items advertised as in stock.
Two weeks later after no delivery, I called and was advised the parts were now on back order and would not be delivered until the end of June.
I cancelled the order and was told a refund would be made in 21 days.
After 21 days nothing had been refunded. Made a complaint and was emailed a screen shot of an Opayo refund request.
Two weeks later, no refund, and no reply’s to my emails.
I then initiated and charge back with my bank for return of my money. This has now been completed, but it has taken over three months to get my money back.
My experience with this company is the same as other reviewers on this site.
This company operates dishonestly and tells you lies all the time. I will certainly never use this company again.
Avoid at all costs.

Avoid like the plague.
I ordered 8 x rose & Krieger tube clamps in early march. Two weeks went by with no sign, I got in touch and was told to wait another week, still no sign, then I demanded a refund, after 21 days and no refund I got in touch again. I was sent a screenshot of the refund from the retailer yet the funds were still not in my account. Nearly 2 months later I had to resolve the issue within my banking app and I had to reorder from another supplier (RS) who had the products delivered within days.
Save yourself the heartache and source your products from a reliable retailer. Enrgtech are extremely unreliable and untrustworthy.

We did a order with prepayment and…
We did a order with prepayment and after 2 month they have informed "now" to us that the material is no longer available and they will refund the money back to us in 21 days. We will have a penalty from the end customer plus the bank cost that we had to pay this order and we have not received any alternative

Terrible experience from a dishonest company
I ordered 16 flow meters from Enrgtech on 27th January. I needed them quickly, but they were shown as "in stock" on the website, so I expected to get them within a week.
18th Feb: the order was still "processing". I contacted them via live chat, and they said the order would be dispatched early next week.
10th March: still nothing, email support person said the order was processing and ready for dispatch at the end of the week.
13th March: 5 of the 16 flow meters arrived. No apology, no explanation. Website showed 47 units in stock. Email support said the parts were "on backorder" and "the remaining parts should be with you early next week". I didn't have time to wait another month so I asked them to cancel the order for the remaining 11 and refund me.
26th March: No refund. Accounts team said the refund had been successfully processed and credited to my card using Opayo.
1st April: Accounts say "According to our records, your refund was posted on March 26". Sick of being fobbed off I raised a payment dispute with my bank.
18th April: Refunded in full from the bank.
Enrgtech's business model seems to be to hang on to their customers' money for as long as they possibly can. They lie about stock levels, lie about delivery times, lie about repayments. Utterly untrustworthy.
EDIT: They actually challenged my claim that the items had not been refunded, which meant I had to send documents to HSBC as evidence. They dragged this out for weeks with me being asked to provide more and more evidence. I eventually sent a copy of my bank statement covering the date they claimed the refund had been made. They went quiet after that.
Absolute scammers. Why haven't they been shut down?
First order with this company
I found this company when searching for a specific item and placed an order. Unusually I did not do my usual review check with new suppliers.
An order received email arrived immediately and then I waited for delivery. After 8 days I started to wonder if there was a problem as had not heard anything or received anything. So I checked here and was worried by some of the reviews.
However, a hour or two after reading these reviews I received an email with order confirmation. I thought it a bit strange as the order was placed 8 days prior. And then a short time later I got another email from Fed-Ex saying they had received a package for me from this company. Package was delivered the next day and contents were as hoped.
So, my experience here has been very good. The 8 days to hear anything was not so good, hence the 4-stars. There was Easter bank holidays in the way and a weekend so the 8 days was more like 4 working days.
