Engrave ink provide excellent customer service
Engrave ink were very friendly abd easy to deal with. There was a problem with shipping from a third party they used but they were on top of it right away. They indicated they would review tgeir shipping methods so that did not happen again. Great customer service

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! It truly means a lot to us. I’m really glad to hear that you found our team responsive and easy to work with, especially during what I know was a frustrating shipping experience.
I personally remember this timeframe well. A small number of our Canadian orders were unexpectedly routed through GlobalPost, a third-party service occasionally used by USPS for international shipping. Unfortunately, this led to limited tracking visibility and delays, which I know was incredibly frustrating. I’m so sorry you had to deal with that.
As a result, we proactively enhanced our shipping process to reinforce tracking standards across all international shipments. We now require fully trackable, guaranteed delivery methods—ensuring that carriers like USPS and GlobalPost cannot default to lower-tier, non-trackable services. This update provides consistent transparency and dependable delivery from our facility to your doorstep.
We’re sincerely grateful for your patience and understanding, and honored to have played a small part in something so meaningful. If there’s ever anything else we can help with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Kind and compassionate customer service
Great customer service. Responses were prompt, compassionate and my order was delivered on time. The tattoo artist that I used said the ink was good quality, and I’m very happy with the way the tattoo is healing as well.

Very pleased and great results
Dealing with these guys was great! Very empathetic and caring. They handled my wife's ashes with care and made me comfortable the whole way through. Additionally, my artist made a perfect portrait of my bride and said that the ink is the best quality he's ever used.

Stellar experience from start to…
Stellar experience from start to finish. I included a little note with the ashes of my beloved Border Collie, just to let them know about his story and received a beautiful and supportive email from the company. The ink arrived within the timeframe and was of excellent quality (per my artist). Finding this company and the right artist were key in my beautiful memorial piece. Now my beautiful boy will be with me forever. Words can’t express my gratitude enough.
