Индивидуальный трансфер в Турции
Заказывали индивидуальный трансфер когда были в отпуске в Турции, через сервис intuit. От отеля в Махмутларе до аэропорта Анталии.
На сайте не правильно указали время вылета, потому что нигде нет информации о том, что указать нужно время вылета рейса самолета, а не наше желаемое время выезда из отеля.
После с сообщения от перевозчика о времени подачи трансфера, мы поняли что ошиблись с временем и написали в поддержку с просьбой изменить время. Служба поддержки смогла найти нам другую машину, почти в то же время, когда нам было нужно. За это им огромное спасибо. Вопрос решили в течении 2 х часов.

passeword reset
I needed to reset my passeord but it did nor work, even after many tries and 2 request.
Very prompte response from intui.travel and all needed information for reseting my password was given.
I could do it with no trouble after that.

Awful company, scammers and cheeky as they let me down few hours before having to pick me up at the airport and they didn’t return me my whole money afterwards!! Avoid them as unreliable and pathological liars!!

Lost in Madina
Traveling with a baby. We traveled and feld safe in the taxi. But the place of the drop off was little far from our rhiad, because of narrow street. We were lost a little before finding the rhiad, and tired with thé baby and two suitcase. A smarter point of drop off would have been better, as the driver has the adress and surely now the aera of narrow street. A map of narrow street, and limit point of drop, would be usefull.

Paid and booked but late picking up
Paid and booked for a pick up from Lisbon Airport for 1.30pm. Got several replies and details of driver etc which I thought was a really good sign, but sadly that was it. We arrived and walked out looking for driver, no one there with our name. Called at 1.40 and was told to wait by Starbucks which we did, waited another 10 minutes no one, so called again. Was told they was on there way and would be there in 15 mins, wasn't happy as this was pre booked several weeks in advance. Waited went past the 15 min still no one called again they never answered, kept trying until they did, was then told they would call the driver and call me back. Eventually was picked up at 2.20, having been up since 3.40am all we wanted to do was get to hotel, change grab a bite to eat and try and get out and explore for a little while.
Emailed them on return, had an automated reply but nothing since then.

I booked a drop from the hotel to Istanbul aiport and the driver came half an hour before iself after informing us the traffic jam on the road..It was a nice gesture from Company..Troustia can believe them and book cars for their transfers

"Free cancellation" is not free
I booked a round-trip airport transfer several weeks in advance, then decided to change pick up time by 30 min (something allowed by their policy). It took 9 days and multiple emails to finally receive confirmation. In the process, the pick up information for the other leg of the trip (which was listed correctly in the original voucher) disappeared, and I had to contact the company again. They amended the voucher, but it's wrong again, and it has still not been corrected.
I was so frustrated that I decided to cancel - the original reservation clearly shows "free cancellation". However I discovered that "free cancellation" is not free at all: there's a fee of 3-7 euros. When you dig into the cancellation policy (which is written in poor English, convoluted and confusing), it does mention a fee, however they should not advertise "free cancellation" when the cancellation is not free.
This was my first experience booking on this platform, and don't recommend it at all. It may be cheaper, but it's not worth the hassle.

By booking and paying for a transfer on the Intui.travel website, the client agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions, which are fully available on our website.
We would like to clarify the following points regarding your concerns:
As per section 4.1.1 of the User Agreement, any changes to a booking must be requested through the Personal Account and are subject to approval by the Transport Company. Intui.travel acts as a platform that facilitates communication but does not control the approval process or response time of the Transport Company. The supplier reserves the right to accept or decline modifications based on operational considerations.
Regarding order cancellation and fees, section 4.2.1 of the User Agreement states that clients can cancel their booking independently in their Personal Account before the transfer date. Intui.travel does not charge a cancellation fee if the cancellation occurs within the free cancellation period.
However, as outlined in the Cancellation and Refund policy, certain payment processing centers may deduct transactional fees when processing refunds. This information is clearly stated on our website before booking and payment.
Finally, upon receiving your modification request via email, we took immediate action to contact the Transport Company and expedite the approval of your requested changes for the transfer on 29.05. The modifications were successfully accepted, and an updated voucher was sent to your email.

Used a few times now . And not yet had any problems so far . I do recommend this service as they are the cheapest and all drivers are courteous and polite .. and the other thing is they sometimes come early . So that’s a bonus .
