Awful
Awful, mixed up pick up time and destination arrival time. Driver didn't turn up and when contacted thought he was picking up much later, he was over an hour away so he suggested we would have to source another taxi. This cost €150. Requested a refund for non service but every time I sent emails, they rejected them as spam. Now massively out of pocket and no obvious way to get our money back. Don't use them.
I note your response, you did email me but when I reply, as I stated, my email is rejected as spam, I did reply with the information you requested the same day. Provide a contact where I can deal with you.

Terrible service!
Terrible service!! Never again!!
Party of 3 got on the bus 59 at the airport on Tuesday 23rd. We were approximately 22 guests. Every single guest got dropped off at the hotel main entrance. We were the last ones to be dropped off (and no issue with that) but were literally abandoned at a roundabout with a distance of 200m from our hotel entrance. We had carryon bags and bag packs with us. On top of this we could not find our hotel entrance and were lost. This is totally unacceptable!!!!

Yes, we confirm that the shuttle bus does not operate at private addresses, villas, apartments, or mini-hotels. The shuttle bus makes its stops at main hotels or at the nearest public bus stop closest to your accommodation.
This is the ubiquitous principle of the operation of group transfers by shuttles from/to airports around the world.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I booked a taxi online and paid €20. Upon arrival the local taxi refused to take me unless I paid in cash an extra €40. As it was 1am at the collection point and there were no other taxis I was forced to pay in order to reach my accommodation. Intui have been absolutely hopeless at trying to resolve this and I strongly recommend that you avoid this site.

Avoid at all costs
I have never given a bad review, but this time just can't remain silent. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any travel agent/company and hope that nobody will ever have such start of a holiday.
We booked a shuttle transfer from Dalaman Airport to Marmaris. The plane was on time and we called the company as was requested on the instructions. In about 15 minutes the driver approached us and said we need to wait for 10 minutes, which was fine. The driver disappeared and after waiting for another 40 minutes we called the company again. We were told that we have to wait for another hour and a half for another plane to land so that they can pick up a few more people. After calling a few times trying to explain that we are already waiting for over an hour with a child in the hot car without aircon , we were just told by the operator Ljudmila that we have to wait for as long as we are told, as it is not a private but shuttle transfer. Ljudmila was extremely unprofessional and dropped the phone a few times in the middle of our numerous conversations. Then they wouldn’t pick up the phone. When we eventually got through and asked to speak to the manager, we were put through to another girl who was clearly not Manager and barely spoke English. She said she would call us back, which never happened. So, we had to unload our luggage and get a taxi. I have raised a case with PayPal as the transfer was partially paid for. If there was an option, I would give this company -10 stars.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Transfer itinerary/coupon only received the day before pick-up although I booked and paid two months in advance. A car was sent late to the pick-up location with no petrol rather that our booked private spacious mini-van. Customer service response from Intui transfer was extremely disappointing. Rather than apologising for the cramped space 5 people had to travel in for a two hour journey, they argued that a smaller vehicle was more expensive. Would not recommend using this company.
