Wow what can I say… I’ve had the most amazing week completing the pathway course at the Chester academy. My tutors for the week were Aisha and Adel, both were absolutely fantastic and happy to answer as many silly questions as needed, as was Jess on reception. I had Adel for the majority of the week, her patience, passion and genuine wanting for her students to do well was so encouraging and has left me feeling confident I’ve chosen the correct career path. Thank you very much everyone, I can’t wait to come back for further training and courses. ❤️💋💉

The team at Empire were super friendly and I am so grateful for my trainer Adele! She was level headed, grounded, relatable and explained everything professionally yet simple and gave multiple options to help us trainees find the best way with us. I have left feeling confident with my new career choice. Not only was the theory simplified but I was lucky enough to train on and watch over 20 live models over the few days practical. Would definitely recommend to professionals or beginners

I completed my anti-wrinkle & filler training here at the Chester academy, and loved every minute of it!! I've had the best week. Adele our trainer is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and I have been able to learn so much for her. All the staff are friendly and supportive, I will definitely be back for more training in the future and would recommend 100%

From the moment I entered empire I was made feel at home. I came from Ireland on my own and I was so nervous about my first day but within 2 minutes of starting the day I was put at ease. I completed the pathway to aesthetics course Monday-Friday at the end of October. Edel was brilliant as I had her all things skin related (facials) & b12 infections. Following that I had Hannah for dermal filler, polynucleotides & skin boosters. She was amazing i definitely felt I was learning from the best. I then had Lydia for toxin and she was nothing but excellent. The week after I flew home I got back in touch with empire and have now booked to do a following 6 courses in February and I can’t wait. It’s genuinely a place you never want to leave.

I’ve completed several courses with Empire. The tutors I’ve had Edel, Rachel, Hannah, Nicole and Aisha are all very professional, supportive and have a wealth of knowledge and skills. The wonderful ladies in the reception, who do all the work behind the scenes, are ready and available to help with anything. Start to finish, the learning journey feels comfortable, accessible and achievable. Highly recommend Empire, anyone would struggle to find another academy to match their level !

I highly recommend Empire. I've been three times now for training, I've loved all the courses. Everything is extremely professional from the lovely girls at the reception to the trainers. I have trained with Hannah and Nicole, and their training has been second to none, thank you so much girls, I am looking forward to training with you both again soon

My husband and I have had multiple training courses with Empire. Mark is an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner and we own a Medispa. The ladies we have had train us including Nicole and Hannah have been fantastic, knowledgeable and really explain how the procedures work and are extremely professional. The Medical Director Ian was so friendly and also very profesional. We are already booked back on for 2 more course and in the new year booking another 4 courses. Well done your all amazing. I recently completed a one-week training course at Empire Academy of Aesthetics (13th–17th October), and the experience was outstanding. The entire team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. Jess, in particular, went above and beyond to answer all our questions, offering professional advice not only about the course but also on future training opportunities and upcoming regulatory changes. Her guidance was invaluable.
Our main trainer, Hannah, was exceptional. She demonstrated immense patience and delivered both theory and practical sessions in great depth. As a complete beginner, I truly appreciated how approachable she was—no question ever felt too small or silly. Hannah took the time to ensure we fully understood each topic before moving on, which really boosted my confidence. I began the week feeling unsure but left feeling fully equipped and ready to begin my own clinic.
Adele was another wonderful trainer who displayed great professionalism and encouragement, making the learning experience even more enjoyable.
I’m so grateful to the entire team at Empire Academy for their support, knowledge, and dedication. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start or advance their journey in aesthetics!

Had an absolutely amazing week at Empire, from start to finish. I reached out to Jess and she had so much understanding, patience and had so much knowledge about everything, helped me understand exactly what courses I’d be doing and payments! Further helping with more courses and sorting out absolutely anything, nothing is ever too much!
Majority of our training was with Hannah, the kindest person and so professional, made everyone feel at ease and so encouraging and motivating, she has a true passion for teaching students and it really shows🫶🏼 each day the nerves and stress were eased and felt so happy with the progress of our skills and knowledge. Never a question she couldn’t answer and always had so much background knowledge to help us understand deeper.
We also had Edel, so lovely and a warm person in general. Made us feel relaxed and supported while also giving us the freedom and confidence to thrive!
For our practical of dermal fillers we had Aisha, lovely and calm yet so reassuring and professional. Very supportive and always happy to answer any questions!
Wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back to develop my skills🥰 thank you ladies xxx

I just finished my Phlebotomy & Vampire facial training course on Wednesday. I just keep coming back to Empire as the staff are so helpful, friendly and supportive. Hannah was the tutor this time. I have to say she is so professional, knowledgeable and she just has this amazing way of making you feel comfortable. I was a bit nervous at first. But Hannah took the time to explain everything to me . She made sure I felt confident enough before working on clients. Thanks to Hannah I smashed it and had no problems. Keep up the amazing work you do . I would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing this course to do it ! Hopefully Hannah will be the tutor as she is amazing 🥰

I recently completed the advanced anti wrinkle and dermal filler course with Edel, from start to finish, she was incredibly professional, supportive, and extremely thorough. It is clear that Edel has a passion for teaching and is incredibly knowledgeable about all things aesthetics! She explained complex techniques in a way that was clear and was patient and encouraging throughout. Edel placed emphasis on the importance of client safety and ethical practice, especially with new laws coming into effect. The hands-on training was really helpful, with plenty of opportunity to practice under close supervision so you never felt out of your depth. I felt incredibly supported by Edel and would highly recommend to request her to anyone training with Empire!

Nicole is an amazing tutor! ✨ She has such a calm and supportive way of teaching that makes everything feel easy to understand. She explains things so clearly, and without even realising it I’ve grown in confidence thanks to her guidance. Learning with her has been such a positive experience! I couldn’t recommend her more!

When I first trained at Empire Training Academy, I had some questions post-course as I didn’t feel everything was fully covered, and unfortunately one tutor brought up personal opinions in an unprofessional way, which riled up another student who said highly offensive things. Some of what I was taught was also incorrect, which could have been unsafe.

Thankfully, the staff were amazing and incredibly supportive — they offered me the chance to come back and redo my microneedling training.

That’s when I was lucky enough to be taught by Edel, and I honestly can’t praise her enough. She is an absolute superstar. Edel is professional, so knowledgeable, endlessly patient, and genuinely supportive. She answered every question we had, stayed later to make sure all students had practiced on their models, and ensured we all left feeling completely confident in our skills. She also provides incredible post-course support — honestly, without her guidance, I wouldn’t have the confidence I do now.

I also did chemical peel and dermaplaning training with her the same day, and again she went above and beyond. The whole experience with Edel was nothing short of outstanding. The booking team, Bridie and Lauren, were also fantastic — friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout.

Overall, despite a rocky start, Edel completely transformed my experience. She is hands-down the best tutor I’ve ever had, and Empire Training Academy has shown how supportive and professional it can be when you’re placed in the right hands.

The training company is so good, everyone welcoming and professional.
Environment and class room and facilities were so clean. And trainer Edele was so lovely she was amazing. Made the whole experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much Edele 😀 💓

I still can’t believe the amount of information we have been given in just 5 days. Not just information, but also lots and lots of hands on experience on the lovely models provided. Everyone was so encouraging and supportive, from tutors, academy staff and the wonderful ladies I had the pleasure to do the course with. I feel that I have made some friends for life.
I am already planning to return to further my knowledge. Who said you can’t teach an old (almost 58 years) dog new tricks!?

This has to be the easiest 5 star review I have ever left anywhere. Before travelling to Liverpool from Ireland we had searched for an extensive time to find an educator that would not alone teach us the practical but also ensure we know the indept theory behind each treatment and in turn how to execute and deliver the highest standard of treatment possible, and yes we got this and More , we had Aisha on arrival for theory and practical for part of our course, facials and dermal fillers and she was simply unbelievable with her explanations, guidance and knowledge, an amazing tutor second to none.
For other parts of our course we had Lydia on dermal filler theory and skin boosters. Again a fantastic tutor that explained in dept theory and trainer, full of fun and guidance for us in Ireland. Both trainers not alone made our experience extremely enjoyable but what sets them apart is they provide you with the knowledge and confidence to be capable of delivering the treatments with necessary tools at an excellent standard.. simply amazing, any other tutors we met along the way were full of genuine encouragement and guidamce and the atmosphere was full of positivity and exceptional care. Lauren and Bridie on reception were truly so fantastic from booking to us leaving and nothing was ever too much. They are a fantastic team at Empire. I thoroughly enjoyed the course pathways to aesthetics and I can genuinely say I am excited to return already for further training. The journey is undoubtedly worth it.I can not thank Aisha and Lydia enough for such phenomenonal training.

From first walking in the door the atmosphere was so lovely. The first day I had Hannah teaching and it was the most pleasant time. Had Lydia for the rest of the week and she made sure to check in on each student to ensure they were okay and understood. Each and every staff that was in the building was so unbelievably helpful and supportive it was such a nice environment.
Thank you so so much to every one of the staff especially Lydia who was so unbelievably supportive and caring. I will definitely be returning! ❤️
