Absolutely excellent academy for anyone looking to train in injectables!

I completed my training back in 2023, but due to delays with my clinic build, I didn’t get the chance to fully utilise some of the techniques I had learned. Despite the time gap, the team at Empire Academy were incredibly supportive and welcomed me back for a refresher course — which made such a difference to my confidence and skills.

The tutors are outstanding. Their knowledge, guidance, and hands-on support truly helped me develop my understanding and refine my technique.

A special mention to Jess, who was so understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to support me.

Aysha and Emma were also fantastic from start to finish — both tutors extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and made the training day enjoyable and engaging.

If you’re considering training in aesthetics, I honestly wouldn’t look anywhere else. You’ll be in the best hands with Empire Academy.

I had The Profile Balancing treatment. I was made to feel very comfortable by the tutor and she took a good look at my face features and explained where the Derma fillings would be most needed. I'm very happy with the results and would have this treatment again, when needed.

I have had several treatments here; each time, they have been perfect. All my treatments have been done by students, and I have had no complaints. I will definitely be back for more treatments in the future. The students are always overseen by the tutors for anyone nervous about being treated by students. Although the students all know what they are doing so there really is no need to be worried.

I’ve had a few treatments done over the last few months at Empire Aesthetics, carried out by both tutors and students who are closely supervised and trained by the tutor. I would highly recommend them!

All of the staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. They make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive and are happy to answer any questions. The whole environment feels so professional but also relaxed.

I would definitely recommend Empire Aesthetics to anyone thinking about having treatments done. It’s a great place if you’re looking for quality treatments.

This is a beautiful and clean clinic.The reception staff are lovely and friendly. The tutors are so calm and put you at ease. They too are friendly and very knowledgeable. Trainees are very much supervised. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive had a variety of procedures and have always left happy

I trained with Empire earlier this year & cannot rate Edel highly enough, she taught us both theory and practical across the course of my training. She was engaging, professional, knowledgable and organised. She has helped with any questions post course also. Thank you so much for all your help and making the experience so enjoyable ☺️

I had sunekos under eye the tutor gave the girl that was training hardly any instruction on what to do. Her words to her were inject anywhere in her face the girl training injected me as if I were a pin cushion I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. The tutor then injected under my right eye and briefly told her what to do so the girl then started on my right eye but still didn’t really know what she was doing she had no proper, clear instruction. By the time I got home the tops of my cheeks were swollen I knew it had been done wrong and was upset about it. I booked paid for another sunekos before this happened but of course won’t be going back after this experience. I’ve emailed, phoned up asking for a refund but am now being ignored. This treatments are made to look very appealing but I’ve learned it’s best to see a reputable practitioner.

I recently completed the Skin Boosters and Polynucleotides course at Empire and I genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the training exceeded my expectations.
Aisha was an exceptional instructor! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what she does. She delivered the theory in such depth and clarity, ensuring we fully understood not just the “how,” but the “why” behind each technique. Every question I asked was answered with confidence and detail, and her expertise truly shines through.

The hands on experience was fantastic, with plenty of live models available, which allowed me to practise a variety of techniques and really build my confidence. The supportive learning environment made it easy to ask questions, refine my skills, and feel completely comfortable throughout the day.

I left the course feeling empowered, confident, and excited to implement everything I’ve learned into my practice. I’m already looking forward to booking further courses with Aisha in the coming months as the standard of training wirh her is outstanding.

Love empire I am a nurse and I’ve done all my aesthetic training at empire , absolutely amazing all the teachers are so knowledgeable and so friendly fantastic aftercare you can contact them anytime if struggling or need more information,highly recommended I’ve recommended empire to a lot of nurses thank you ❤️

I was at Empire Chester last week for a 6 day course and just wow! What a great place, the set up was fantastic.
Everyone is sooooo lovely! We had Aisha for 2 days and Edel for 4 days…..such lovely ladies & what fountains of knowledge! They talked through all theme theory in great detail, asking questions was made easy and were there throughout all practical, every step of the way and put me at ease when I was really nervous. I came away feeling confident to make a start!

The training really does set you up to walk out the door and get cracking!

I will be back for more training in different areas later this year!

I've just completed the vampire facial training with Empire, Hannah our tutor was amazing, very skilled, knowledgeable and really created a comfortable learning environment.
I felt very supported and left excited to start offering this new treatment to my clients. I would really recommend this course.
A mention also for Jess, she has been super helpful in the booking process and answering my queries even working around my clinical shifts at work. Thank you both 😊

Been training with the ladies here for over a Yr... Recently did my advanced filler course with Rachel, and she is just unbelievable at her job, she goes into indeph detail of each area, products, needles ect, makes u feel confident every step of the way knowing u have been taught the correct and safe way in aesthetics, thank you Rachel

Another training course completed at Empire in Liverpool. Mark (Specialist Paramedic Practitioner) and owner of Sapphire Medispa and I had the lovely Lydia who explained so much and in great detail. Wow what can I say… I’ve had the most amazing week completing the pathway course at the Chester academy. My tutors for the week were Aisha and Adel, both were absolutely fantastic and happy to answer as many silly questions as needed, as was Jess on reception. I had Adel for the majority of the week, her patience, passion and genuine wanting for her students to do well was so encouraging and has left me feeling confident I’ve chosen the correct career path. Thank you very much everyone, I can’t wait to come back for further training and courses. ❤️💋💉

The team at Empire were super friendly and I am so grateful for my trainer Adele! She was level headed, grounded, relatable and explained everything professionally yet simple and gave multiple options to help us trainees find the best way with us. I have left feeling confident with my new career choice. Not only was the theory simplified but I was lucky enough to train on and watch over 20 live models over the few days practical. Would definitely recommend to professionals or beginners

I completed my anti-wrinkle & filler training here at the Chester academy, and loved every minute of it!! I've had the best week. Adele our trainer is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and I have been able to learn so much for her. All the staff are friendly and supportive, I will definitely be back for more training in the future and would recommend 100%

From the moment I entered empire I was made feel at home. I came from Ireland on my own and I was so nervous about my first day but within 2 minutes of starting the day I was put at ease. I completed the pathway to aesthetics course Monday-Friday at the end of October. Edel was brilliant as I had her all things skin related (facials) & b12 infections. Following that I had Hannah for dermal filler, polynucleotides & skin boosters. She was amazing i definitely felt I was learning from the best. I then had Lydia for toxin and she was nothing but excellent. The week after I flew home I got back in touch with empire and have now booked to do a following 6 courses in February and I can’t wait. It’s genuinely a place you never want to leave.
