Some of the best practitioners in the industry, I did my training with Cosmetic Couture about 3 years ago, and I loved the whole course. Special mention to Heather who has always been a wonderful teacher, with years of experience, who I trust to do my treatments to this day, she delivers exact results as to what you expect. Recent of this year I’ve met Cathy who is also a perfectionist who I highly recommend to anyone for perfect results. My go to place, like no other.

One of the best aesthetic clinics I’ve ever been to. I was initially quite sceptical about aesthetic treatments because I was worried about people ending up with an uneven or unnatural looking faceBut after having my treatment here, I can honestly say I’m so impressed.

Whether it’s Botox, fillers, rhinoplasty or PRP, their professionalism, expertise and attention to detail are outstanding. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would because they truly deserve it.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending a masterclass with Dr G at cosmetic couture.
His expertise is outstanding and as ive had problems with injectable in the past I was quite nervous ! He took time to assess my face and put my at ease going forward .. i am so so happy with the results and can't thank him enough ! Also the staff at cosmetic couture were so lovely and helpful especially Paige at reception!

I have been coming here many times before and have always had a pleasant experience, which is why I was particularly disappointed with my most recent treatment.

On this occasion, I had Kathy for my Botox treatment. Two weeks later I had a top-up, but unfortunately the results were not the same as I had experienced previously. I then had another top-up. I was told that if the issue was still present, it would be treated again until I was happy with the results.

I was subsequently booked in for another appointments, which was cancelled twice. This prolonged the treatment process.

Then, around an hour and a half before my next appointment, Kathy called to tell me that there was nothing more that could be done but asked me to send photographs. As I was only around the corner, I asked if I could come in so the area could be looked at in person. I was told that she would not treat me and that she would refuse to carry out any further treatment.

I found the way the conversation was handled extremely upsetting. I remained calm throughout, but was accused of arguing, despite simply trying to explain my concerns. I felt that I was repeatedly spoken over and that things I had previously been told were being denied. I was also told, “we won’t be giving you a refund”, despite the fact that I had never asked for or mentioned a refund.

Kathy then told the receptionist she would never treat me again, and the phone call was ended.

I am disappointed because I had previously had several positive experiences here. My issue is not simply that the treatment did not produce the results I had hoped for, but the way my concerns were handled and the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process.

I hope the “clinic” takes this feedback seriously, as I would have expected a much more respectful and professional approach, particularly as I had been a returning customer.

Your reply is focused heavily on the “three-month timeframe” and the photographs, whereas my main point is that I kept returning because the treatment had not achieved the expected result, and I followed the clinic’s own instructions to return for further top-ups! I have been a returning customer on many occasions and, in the past, the Botox has worked extremely well for me. I have never previously needed to keep returning for multiple top-ups because the initial treatment achieved the result I wanted

It is also important to clarify that I did not simply “contact you regarding my concerns” and then fail to provide photographs. I already had another appointment booked. It was approximately an hour and a half before that appointment when Kathy called me and told me that there was nothing further that could be done.

Regarding the photographs, I had not refused to provide them. I was simply around the corner from the clinic when I received the call, and I asked whether I could come in so that the area could be looked at in person. I did not understand why I needed to send photographs when I was so close by and already had an appointment that day but Kathy was so focused on saying she’s not treating me.

My question is: if there was nothing further that could be done and I was already outside the timeframe for a top-up, why was I booked in and why was I previously told to return if the problem was still present?

I did the mistake of enrol in the Level 5 and Level 7 Qualify qualification courses with Cosmetic Couture, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing even discouraging
The level of support provided was not what I expected. The learning material is extremely dense very hard to follow, especially without proper guidance. When I reached out for help, I didn’t feel adequately supported by the anyone in the college, which made the process even more frustrating. And it wasn’t just ME many STUDENTS was complaining over WhatsApp groups and the company couldn’t care less 😅
Overall, the course did not make me feel confident or motivated to complete my training. Instead, I feel like I’ve lost my investment, both in terms of time and money. I also noticed similar concerns being raised by other students in the WhatsApp group, so it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience.
I will be choosing a different, more reputable company to continue my training. I strongly recommend that others do thorough research before enrolling to avoid making the same mistake. Not everything that looks good on the surface delivers in reality. Worse type of people to deal with when they already got your money in their pocket DONT TRUST … such SCAM

You have trained the person to do endopulse treatment you qualified him its horrendous 2 weeks later I am black & purple still i had my throat closing over he give me a injection of he should of send me hospital horrendous So called trained its now 19 days im still black

I urge you to look at these on companies house before booking,
She has a original company in liquidation after taking my wife’s money for a course she didn’t complete,
On top of that the new companies accounts aren’t up to scratch!
Poor management poor customer service just greed that will be there downfall!
