I’ve tried to be patient hoping CC and Maxine will do the right thing and return my money but I really feel after an already long battle it will now have to be court.
Steer clear aa this academic academy is nothing but a heartless money grabbing place and is mostly based on lies and scams! They lie to scam people out of thousands !
Please anyone who’s had a bad experience or made a complaint against this academy please make an account and write it on yelp too!!
So we can speak to eachother as a few of us are already preparing a legal case against Cosmetic Couture
I’m looking for as many former students or as many people as we can who have been ripped off or refused refund or services paid for to join us to build a better case and hopefully everyone get the money back please note we do actually legally have 6 years depending on circumstances to take legal action
It is crazy how they have gotten away with it so long and that’s because it’s only one at a time complaining or people don’t know how to seek justice
And the more of us there is the better our case and we can finally hold them accountable and also by taking the story and evidence to a high profile news paper or media outlet.

Jane was our tutor and all the girls really loved her and the way she taught and assessed. Very approachable, kind hearted and down to earth with great knowledge. Really enjoyed the past couple days because of her.

Had a brilliant treatment experience at Cosmetic Couture! The staff are professional, friendly, and really take time to explain everything. My confidence has grown so much thanks to their care and expertise.

Just completed my foundation Botox and filler course with Maxine—what a fantastic tutor! Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely supported throughout. Cosmetic Couture is definitely the place to train.

⚠️ Avoid this place – misleading and unprofessional. This is not a genuine academy despite how they advertise themselves. While they may appear professional on the surface, my experience was completely different. Tutors and office staff were rude and dismissive, and although I paid to advance my qualifications, I received almost no classroom support or proper guidance with assignments. The tutors themselves seemed unhappy and unmotivated to teach, and the overall course delivery did not match what was promised in their advertising. There was a serious lack of duty of care for students, and their accreditation and standards remain unclear. I have already taken legal action and reported the matter to Qualifi, and I strongly advise others not to waste their time or money here—choose a properly accredited and supportive training provider instead.

Dear Cosmetic Couture Team, especially Michele,

I booked the courses on May 4th, 5th, and 7th and completed the online course in January. Subsequently, I visited your clinic and training facilities in Manchester. My expectations were exceeded.

Michele, the tutor at Cosmetic Couture, taught me so much – both theoretically and practically. Gaining self-confidence and being able to implement it in practice were particularly valuable for me. I cannot thank you enough for that. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Michele❤️, and the entire Cosmetic Couture Team.

I will definitely continue to work on my practice and further qualify myself. A big kiss and a warm hug to the whole team: Toni❤️, Heather ❤️, and of course, especially, Michele❤️🙏.

Had an amazing experience with Kyle, I had the profhilo structura and he made me feel so at ease, answered all my questions, didn’t make me feel rushed and I absolutely LOVE this treatment. I feel like it’s changed my whole face. Iv noticed on a few reviews it says not to pay upfront .. but I actually did and didn’t have any issues. Thanks so much Kyle see you very soon :) x

I have been having treatments with Cosmetic Couture since they first opened in Trafford Park over two decades ago. I have always found them to be friendly & highly professional. I have lost count of the all the different treatments I have had & still keep coming back for more.
I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. There is always a warm welcome from the lovely Katie on reception, who also can explain what each treatment on offer is, plus works out how to best combine treatments to get greater results.
Always excellent value for money, especially when they do the price match eg, spend £400 & get £400 credit that can be used at a later date.
What more could you hope for!
I would also like to add a personal apology to Cosmetic Couture as I recently wrongfully gave a 2☆☆ rating with a long explanation why.
This was entirely my fault, I had booked for Profhilo & had expected Profhilo Stuctura. I was in error, I had not done my research.
Every treatment that I have had with Cosmetic Couture has done precisely what it says on the tin.
I have since deleted the post, however, should anyone have read it I would like you to please ignore it. I was in the wrong & completely redact anything negative written in that review.

Avoid at all cost very unprofessional.takethe money for the treatment then keep cancelling appointments and saying they will rearrange but nothing, No calls back and no refund

Excellent service, I went today and was greeted by Paige on reception, lovely girl with a warm welcome, then on to see Heather, the practitioner and her Trainee for a micro bleeding session, fantastic service, I was made to feel relaxed and calm and surprisingly pain free then I waited 10 mins while the numbing cream had taken effect and now filler in my lips a great bunch of girls and a pleasant experience, back tomorrow for botox.. thanks so much im made up and very happy with the outcome 😊

Heather (practitioner) and Shakeel (trainee) made my experience comfortable and easy. They explained the process of the PRP treatment as it progressed through the treatment and put me at ease. They were very welcoming and friendly. Will be definitely be asking to have Heather again and recommend her for this treatment on my next visit. Also provided advice on other products to assist with my hair growth.

Absolutely amazing training and the most supportive tutors and staff. Can’t thank Maxine and her wonderful team enough, the support I’ve received has been second to none at a time when I needed help the most I will be forever grateful xx

This review is for Kyle, he’s such a fun bubbly person and makes you feel at ease, his hand is gentle with the needle I had my lips done 1m and my under eyes and I trusted him fully even though it was the first time I used him for his services, I fully love the after results and I will be back! Thank you soo much!!

I’ve trained with cosmetic couture twice now, travelling all the way from london, and wow, the training you get is next level! Heather at CC is such a lovely teacher and it was such a pleasure learning from her and her years of experience. The in-depth theory you get prior to the practical day, to your practical where we did more theory and lots and lots of hands on practice. We had around 10 models for three student, all taking turns on the different areas. I will continue to travel 5-6 hours just to train with cosmetic couture

I strongly advise caution when considering enrolling with Cosmetic Couture. My experience with their Levels 4-7 Qualify Qualification course has been profoundly disappointing.

In October 2022, I paid £5,000 with the expectation of receiving a high-quality education. They were more focused on the sale and advising me I need this qualification for my future. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from professional. Initially, Cosmetic Couture did not provide any terms and conditions, it is simply hidden on their website, and when I sought a refund due to numerous issues, they attempted to impose new terms retroactively. It is crucial to note that if you pay on a sale price (which is funny because all of their courses are on sale), it is non-refundable—a fact they do not clearly disclose upfront.

The course was supposed to commence in January 2023 and conclude Level 4 by June 2023 yet by January 2024, I was still without a qualification and decided to withdraw myself from the course and seek other training elsewhere due to how awful my experience has been. Level 4 has been plagued with delays, a faulty online portal, and poorly executed materials, often copied from Google and fraught with inaccuracies. Practical sessions were repeatedly rescheduled. It is a disgrace. We were left to our own devices, with zero support or a point of contact.
We experienced a high turnover of tutors—three in total—none of whom were adequately qualified for the levels being taught. This lack of continuity and qualified instruction significantly impacted the quality of the training.

Despite multiple complaints submitted in August 2023, October 2023, and January 2024, and numerous follow-up emails in February, March, and April 2024, my concerns were consistently ignored. When I presented a formal complaint letter to Maxine, she initially refused to accept it until I asserted my rights. This experience left me in tears, feeling deeply disappointed and betrayed. The interaction was further exacerbated when Maxine and her sisters responded dismissively and without empathy.

After seeking training elsewhere in level 4, I cannot believe the disorganisation of this course and how awful I have been treated.

I am not the only one. This course started with 12 enrolled, however about 8 people also left this course due to the lack of proper training and all problems arisen during the level 4 course. They are also in the same position as me, no refund or even correspondence to their complaints.

In summary, Cosmetic Couture has failed to deliver on its promises, neglected student concerns, and exhibited unethical business practices. I advise seeking a reputable and transparent training provider who can actually deliver this qualification to standard, to avoid the frustrations and disappointments I have encountered. Do not give your hard earned money with this company, because that is all they care about. Money.

I wasted over 12 months of my valuable time and money, which I will probably never see again.

I will now be taking this further, as they should not get away with this neglect when they claim they are UK's number 1 training academy. It is purely money driven. They do not care about student support. They do not have the proper practices in place to gain you your level 4, 5 or 7.

It is also extremely concerning that they are in process of liquidating Cosmetic Couture LTD yet are still trading under Cosmetic Couture Education LTD with her sister Sharon, as the director. However, Maxine is very much involved as you can see from the website.

They have taken my money and refused to acknowledge my complaints. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I was provided misleading information when I clearly requested for advanced training, I was grouped with beginners and did not receive the promised advanced techniques in lipfiller, filler dissolving , advanced filler like forehead, temple, nose filler, tear through, pixy nose thread lift . I believe there is no advanced training course since they aren’t advanced themself.

Due to the fact they aren’t advanced, and probably don’t know the advanced techniques themselves, they couldn’t provide simple manuals for for filler techniques and stated to me that they don’t do manuals. The academy also promised to provide real models to practice on and they provided mannequins basically all my training was on mannequins. Clearly they lack english language since they give misleading information and don’t know the difference between a real model and a silicone one.
The second day of training was completely disorganised. They didn’t allow anyone to practice even after promising hands on experience. The instructor was dismissive and unhelpful. When i asked to do some of the advanced training they provided me with a singular syringe and told me to do it at home which is unacceptable. And my lip filler course was on paper which she draw lips and told me this the way I can do lips.

After all of this I raised my concerns with the academy itself through email. I requested a refund and it took them more than a month to respond, and offered free training and accommodation which i was willing to do since they don’t do refunds. It’s been a couple months now and I haven’t any follow-up communication.

I do not recommend this to anyone beginners or advanced you will learn nothing. The training they provided me doesn’t help you progress or start.

Scammed me out of 2 grand never delivered the training promised, fobbed me off, ignored me and still no refund 8 months later

The worst place you can go to don’t never ever trust them had a very bad experience with them they refused to go with the procedure by saying i don’t need it they tried to offer me other products where they needed customers as models they tried to play clever and they didn’t want to refund me the money.
