I have completed the Fire Risk Assessment course this week and must say, this is by far the best course I have ever taken.
The content is incredibly in-depth, and the course layout is simply fantastic. For someone who struggles to maintain concentration for long periods of time, this course allowed me to become lost in it for hours.
I had previously completed a level 3 in Fire Risk Assessment and can confirm my knowledge has increased exponentially after completion.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in fire safety. Very proud to hold this qualification.

This was a concise but very insightful look at the fundamental changes to BS8214:2026.
It was formed to a very high standard and focused on several key factors.

I recenly completed the diploma in fire risk assessment, whilst challenging it was enjoyable. The study material well written in depth and very well presented. Nothing bad to say at all, and would recommend the course to all fellow professionals.

Challenging course, but very much worth it. It has really helped me improve the way I conduct fire risk assessments. Had completed the NEBOSH Fire years ago, but this was much more comprehensive and more like the real world.

For a new platform it's all pretty move, prompt marking and feedback, good course material and they take feedback onboard to improve such as making textbooks available, allowing access to the next module while awaiting marking, which it didn't when I started.

I felt like I could study when I want and where appropriate provide feedback as others have to minor issues in the platform.

The course I did was the Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment, it is about risk assessment, so it isn't going to be tick box exam style questions about standards etc and candidates need to be aware of that.

Aside from a few tricky bits in terms of jumping back and forth between sections of course material (now addressed by providing text books), it's a good platform and no different to any Moodle style courses.

A short but very comprehensive CPD course with some effective signposting to future qualifications and CPD.

Having already studied the Fire Risk Assessors course, I proceeded to undertake the Fire Door Inspection Course and was not dissapointed. Excellent course content, varied and differering assessments that not only cover technical knowledge but also verbal communication, written communication and report writing. Staff very happy to engage with questions promptly and support learners.

Easy to understand and concise

I paid over £2,500 to the National Safety Academy and was permanently excluded based on an unsubstantiated allegation that I used AI in my assignments. This allegation is false. I provided evidence, including AI-detection results (e.g. Turnitin), showing my work was not AI-generated, but this was ignored. No fair or transparent investigation was carried out. I believe the decision was disproportionate and has caused me financial loss. I am now considering formal legal action.
