Denim waist is alot higher than in the picture. Very stretchy, I usually wear a size 10, but way too big. Legs is also short, its definitely not ankle length.

Communication problem!!!
Communication regarding the parcels is a big problem. It is always nice to receive updates on the parcel tracking. I tried to call several times and sent whatsApps as well as emails, and it took almost a week for any response. I was almost sure it was a scam, but luckily, i received my parcel after 4 weeks.

We dont have a voice line. You got he parcel after 3 weeks. Would have been 2 if not for the public holiday. I cant find any emails sent to us about the queries.Please be honest on the feedback. Or take the comment down. Also delivery address is an outlaying area that takes a day longer.

We didnt decline the return, customer just didnt want to exhange for another size or type. We cant refund because of change of mind sorry.
Very long for delivery, unfriendly assistance
The delivery lead time is unusually long. My order was delivered a day after their longest indication, but that was well over 3.5 weeks from ordering. Considering products directly from China arrive in about 10 days, it doesn't make sense to support local in their case.
Additionally, there is no refund policy and the team at Emmeline were quite rude from Day 1 on any communications despite approaching them very politely and I was simply told I should've advised them to expedite the shipment. Who knew you needed to ask to receive your products sooner than 3 weeks ;) the shipping time indication only came through upon ordering in any event so wasn't very helpful.

There is a few problems with this feedback. It was late yes this is true we had a unfortunate cancelled flight and it took me a week longer than normal. I was not rude the client demanded to cancel and I could not do so as it was already moving. Also air freight is expensive so we bring order by batches otherwise pricing will be 3x more per item, so this takes a bit more time. I would have been able to make her deadline if I knew just 1 day sooner.

Perfect fit and good quality

I ordered a garment on the 25 july and…
I ordered a garment on the 25 july and needed to arrive before 7th Aug. As I am aware the garments come from overseas i was told that it will most unlikely arrive on time. Lisa & her team did everything they could possibly do to help get the garment to me on time. The garment arrived in the morning of the day that I was departing for my vacation. I was extremely excited to have my garment on time and most of all grateful & thankful to all staff involved.

Ordered a Khaki coloured dress recieved a pink coloured dress, Emmiline's says their picture was taken in sunlight of the dress I've ordered and the picture I've send them was taken inside and the dress was inside out and thats why a Khaki dress now is pink😁
