Beautiful as always

Beautiful but not ideal for swimming.

After 3 weeks of nog answering my emails which "they never got", they denied me canceling my order. Accused me of harassment and answered on the same email they didn't get.
Got the order I didn't want anymore, almost immediately after I "harassed" them. Vey very unprofessional, worst customer service I've ever received. Will not recommend to anyone !

The outfit is perfect and absolutely stunning!! Exactly how the picture shows and the material is of high quality. The fit is also 100% to the T 😊.... Thank you so much for the excellent service, I will definitely recommend you to my family & friends!

I requested a return, 2 weeks ago. Still no response and it's horrible that so much money get deducted. I can't even buy something else!! I didn't ask for money back, I would've bought something else!!!

I did not change my mind. I love the dress, but the color is yellowish and the size is to big. But there is no option for exchange. I still did not get any feedback regarding the return. What is the next step?

Very impressed with the dress. Long and fit beautifully. Only thing leadtime is 2 weeks and I didn't check that when I ordered a dress for a party..so I send an mail and got no feedback to be able to rush it a bit..

Excellent service, good guality clothing and well sized.

Disgusted by your reply - note the other items fitted which is why I did not try to return those.
You are in violation of the CPA. You clearly have no returns policy. All I wanted was a swap out.
Your business ethics are terrible. I hope nobody purchases from you going forward. I certainly won’t.

Very disappointed in the after sales service.
After waiting for almost 3 weeks to receive my order, one of the shirts did not fit as well as I had hoped. I logged a return online and emailed Emmeline’s the day my order arrived.
It’s been about 10 days and I have not received a response.

**Note: it’s now 16 November and I still have no feedback on my return.
Basically if you order from them, good luck getting your return done if your clothes do not fit.

Tops I ordered were beautiful and very happy
The dress however is very cheap looking and not as expected

Cheap, overpriced goods. Accesories are plastic knock offs. Earrings broke off even before I wore them even once. Communication is non-existent one liners, and you can tell this human despises dealing with clients, BUT WANTS THEIR MONEY. Been waiting 2 months for a necklace that was not delivered untill today, with zero follow up or refund. I wish there was a way to stop such dubious characters taking people's hard earned money.
