Terrible customer service …
I have been trying to contact the store to exchange the size of an item i purchased but they just ignore your emails. Their sizes are completely off!!

Refusal from owner for me to return an item purchased.
Francois refuses to allow me to return one dress I purchased as he says, and I quote "Hi what is the problem those 2 are the same exact size".
The size of the dresses is the same, I agree, but I would still like to return the one dress and as a customer I have the right to do so.
His next email, "I cant cover change of heart. What is the actual problem".
Again, as a customer, I am allowed to have 'a change of heart' as he puts it!
This final email from him is nothing short of disgusting - who does he think he is??
"And we have no way to provide a service where we just refund or exhange because people changed their mind. We sort things out if there is actually something wrong. Looling at this you ordered 2 items with the ppan on returning 1 you like the least."
He has not once suggested that I get a credit for my purchase which I am quite prepared to do - does he even know that this is an option with online purchasing? Probably not ...
He cannot expect to run a successful business with the way he treats customers. Customer care is one of the most vital aspects of running a business.
This is the first and last time I purchase anything online from Emmeline's Fashion - Francois and his company can get knotted!!!
PS He can't even spell correctly! How is he a business owner? Does he know about spell check?

client needs a no questions asked refund policy. I cant provide this. I have asked her for some evidence of a problem with only refusal to do so in return. We happily sort out problems.
Shocking quality and service
Firstly, don’t expect your order anytime soon. It took a month for shipping. With no updates along the way. Secondly, the policy about refunds is not reliable. Don’t expect to be able to return your goods if you are not happy. The owner of this company was so rude to me when I requested a refund as the products did not match the description. I was met with an email that was very poorly worded and was appalled by the shocking customer service.
The quality of the items that I bought was VERY POOR. The material is cheap and nasty. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Love it! Exactly as advertised. Would just wanted to have a little more communication between order and delivery but I got my package still in mentioned timeframe. Otherwise really good experience.

we do returns. and we also list materials on the website. we just do exchanges with a courier fee that is fair. You seem to have decided against that.

AVOID AVOID No returns policy. Rude.
There is no option to actually return a product, despite what the website states.
The emails from Emmeline's are experienced as rude.
I am stuck with a delivery that I cannot use.
I feel like I wasted money and time.

Terrible service
I had to Google search a contact number which is not advertised their website. I sent 3 WhatsApp messages to no avail. After sending 2 emails and advising that I have contacted the fraud department of my bank regarding their website only then did the owner contact me. No apology for the delay for delivery and shipment.

the order was not late we did respond on email multiple times, it was not early but not late. despite this she layed a fraud complaint as well that was unfounded and we proved all was in order too.
