I switched from a larger email marketing company and was able to make a smooth transition over to EmailOctopus. So far it's been easier to navigate the interface and does what I need it to do!

I like emailoctapus for its efficiency and helpful team who are always available for support. The videos are very supportive and i would highly recommend this service for anyone growing an email list.

I have used Mailchimp and other platforms for a midsize data base and email Octopus exceeded these with its pricing and features. It has been amazing. The platform is easy to use with easy templates. As a small team we have been able to use it to promote artists and our events. The clicks to the site have been great and as a small business I recommend this as a powerful cost effective marketing tool.

Switch from sendpulse. This system is very clean, easy, fast and using amazon servers have very high delivery.

I picked EmailOctopus because their Free plan came with automatic plaintext emails and the ability to design my own email template. What prompted me to upgrade to their Pro plan was the consistent quality of their product, its ability to integrate with everything I need it to, and the genuine helpfulness of their customer support. I've used other providers in the past, where I hardly thought twice about leaving since they didn't seem to care about delivering quality of product or service. What's more, EmailOctopus's commitment to environment and community made them stand out to me as a team of people who want the work they do to have a positive impact on those they touch. In a gradually ensh*ttified market where many competing products perform very similar functions, it's a heartening experience to find companies that differentiate through the human touch. Where I've ummed and ahhed about other ESPs's plans, EmailOctopus made becoming a customer feel like a very clear decision. I've been with them for almost a year now, and am very satisfied with what they provide.

I've been using Email Octopus for a few years now in three different businesses I've been involved in, and I can't fault it. It's deceptively simple and economical to use. Email Octopus is easy and quick. It works the same as all the other platforms with templates, campaigns, integrations and everything else you need. Just less money!

Switched from MailerLite to EmailOctopus and was very happy with the usability on the dashboard, the support team was very helpful, super quick verification.

Interface very simple to use and its quite an enjoyable experience to use daily after having issues with past email service providers.

Emailoctopus is a tool that is easy to use. That's very important to me. I don't send a lot of newsletters just from month to month and it's important for me not to have too many changes on the dashboard. logics etc.

I was given prompt and appropriate answers to my queries via their chat feature as well as having a copy of the conversation emailed to me so I could easily refer back to their suggestions and follow the help links given. Thank you.
