Affordable cost, easy to use and GREAT customer support!

I've used many email providers over the years and EO stands out for having *just enough* features and the right price. But what really makes me recommend them to friends and colleagues is their first class support. It's a relatively small team that cares about a great customer experience. 👍

I have been using Octopus for my email marketing, having reviewed a couple of the well-known options, and have been very pleased. The system itself is fairly easy to use once you have got the hang of it. There are all the YouTube tutorials you could wish. Best of all, the email support is prompt, human, friendly, and no-fuss. I think it is genuinely the best app support I have experienced from anything. I am a one-man operation and I appreciate all these good points.

I am very satisfied with this email platform. Building newsletters, templates and automations are an easy task, and I love how they provide many filters to create specific criteria for all sorts of tasks. It took a little effort to familiarize myself with the platform and to set myself up in the first week, but it's been easy surfing after that and a lot of fun. The best about emailoctopus is the helpdesk. They are VERY helpful, fast in response and effective. They always go the extra mile to provide information and solutions. Truly, they have the best helpdesk I've ever had on email platforms, and this one is the fifth I am using since I started publishing books! Highly recommended. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because they are missing some features I would love to see - such as clickable links in the stats and the ability to edit a campaign after it is sent out. But, they tell me they are always making changes for improvement so hope that, soon, it will be just perfect :)

I use EmailOctopus to send a weekly real estate newsletter to over 80,000 clients, and it’s been excellent. The pricing is very competitive, the platform is easy to use, and the support team is responsive and helpful. Great deliverability and solid features without the inflated cost. Highly recommend.

By far the best email marketing platform out there.

After using MailChimp for years, this is by far the superior platform. We outgrew MC with its limitations, and EmailOctopus is much more cost-effective and easy to use.

After much searching and testing out of email platforms I was so happy to find EmailOctopus. It's so easy to use, I'm getting a great percentage of emails read and for me the clincher is that the customer service is top notch: contact with a real human (not so common these days!) and a really personalised and helpful response. I don't usually write reviews, but this company certainly deserves one.

EmailOctopus stands out for being simple, straightforward, and effective. The platform is amazingly user-friendly, making it easy to create, automate, and send beautiful emails. Even for those who are beginners like me. The dashboard is clean, and the drag-and-drop editor makes designing emails smooth, professional, and presentable.

Though, is a balance between affordability and functionality. You get access to powerful features like segmentation, automation, and integrations without paying an expensive amount of subscription fee like other platforms.

Customer support is so fast to answer. Simple or complex concerns can be easily solved by their team. Like previously, I have a problem integrating a form into my website, but their team helped me sort it out within a couple of minutes.

Email Octopus is the star among the six software providers we use to run our Registered Investment Advisor business. We use Email Octopus for our monthly newsletter and to periodically communicate with our clients. The user interface is powerful and intuitive, the documentation is complete and well-written, and, best of all, when needed, the support is friendly and helpful.

We switched to Email Octopus a couple of months ago and very happy with our experience of the platform. Lots of simple and easy design features and their tech support has been amazing - we receive instant feedback to any design/function queries using "real person chat" which is incredibly helpful. And there is extensive support material available online. Would definitely recommend.

Email Octopus provides a great-value, easy to use email newsletter system, just right for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Don't worry if you have questions. Their people are available all the time via chat and in my experience tend to resolve questions in minutes.

I originally came to EmailOctopus because they offered the ability for me to use my own Amazon SES account for sending mail. This was very appealing because I have been looking to reduce my email costs. For me, they provide an easy-to-use interface to my Amazon SES. That interface has (very nearly) EVERYTHING that I need. They have fast campaign building tools, flexible automations, and the right list-management tools that I need. Furthermore, EmailOctopus has excellent customer service. If there is ever any question that I have, I am able to jump onto the chat and, usually, get an answer from a very knowledgeable person in about five minutes. I really appreciate the support they give. It has helped me stay productive whenever I got into a jam.

I'm a writer not a computer techy. Email Octopus makes it so easy for me to run advertising campaigns and send newsletters to my mailing list subscribers. When I can't figure something out, the support team are always there to immediately help, I really can't recommend Email Octopus highly enough, five stars is not enough, they deserve 10 !

The videos they put out plus the support I've received so far has been utterly phenomenal. Every single question I've ever had has been dealt with in an excellent manner!
