Over the months the box has declined in quality, the underwear sets do not match the box themes and the underwear always runs tight.

Beautiful lingerie very detailed and a treat to open. Customer service is excellent and answer all questions promptly. Highly recommend this subscription.

Was really happy with them at first, until I was scrolling SHEIN one day and came across a set that I’d received from Elia that was priced at £2, and then another set, and another and another… I PAID £30 FOR £2 SHEIN UNDERWEAR!! Avoid avoid avoid this absolute scammer!!

Product issue, customer service was excellent letting me know beforehand and offering very good alternative, subscription is normally routine and lovely items, wonderful quality and worth the money

Best decision I have ever made, I absolutely love getting these boxes through each month - they're always new and interesting, always utterly stunning pieces and extremely well priced. Much cheaper and better than lingerie you buy out in retail shops, but just as good quality and prettier designs!

The product is fantastic! The packaging, communication everything! I love all the colours & styles. I love the surprise opening the boxes! The little things like the team bags, bobbles, flowers. Such lovely wee touches. The fit is amazing also!

This company is great! Its such a lovely way to spoil yourself with such pretty underwear. I have the surprise box, every other month. I never know what im getting and there's always a scrunchie, and other little treats included. I love the fabric petals; I'm collecting them in a little crystal bowl. I like the attention to detail. The bottoms sizing were a bit small, when I explained this, customer service got straight back to me and sent me replacements, which I thought was really kind and shows how much they value their customers. I can't wait for my next box!

I sent an email about 2-3 days ago regarding my order, with no response. Not only did I not get the colour I asked for (I was given light blue and white instead of dark shades), but the quality was awful, with loose thread, finishing issues and extra lace that they had forgotten to cut off. Considering they advertise this email as their point of contact, I’m confused as to why I have yet to receive a response. It is evident that both their quality control and customer service are not up to standard.

AAA omg my boyfriend keeps ordering me these and the quality is incredible. As a curvy girl i adoreeeee receiving these adorable themed lingerie packages that make me feel so confident. They have given me such a confidence boost and are true to size. We upped our subscription from monthly to twice a month as im addicted. Cute extras, cute packaging, great feeling. Thankyou !!!

Sam has been an absolute angel, sorted my mistake on delivery address as I put the an old one on the order, great service and very pretty boxes with a few extras in there for my wife.

I put in my style and size preference and every single month a new box arrives, each as gorgeous as the last month but never repeated, opening my monthly Elia box has become an event amongst my friends and boyfriend is excited about it!

The underwear is beautiful I had a problem work the knickers not dotting because I ordered the wrong size, they went above and beyond to send me a new pair one eight size at no extra cost, absolutely fantastic customer care and so helpful

The subscription is a wonderful present every month. Always beautiful and is something to look forward to.

Absolutely brilliant

My wife has been receiving monthly sets of underwear. The sets have always been very pretty and delicate, femininity personified.
It’s true to say I’ve had to contact Elia on sizing issue, but I couldn’t be happier with the service received from Stacey in customer support. Excellent, first class.
The underwear makes my wife feel fantastic, that makes the subscription worthwhile.
