So I posted a 5 star review based upon ordering and Aftersales, the fantastic customer service from Summer and her team, and the speedy delivery and beautiful packaging.
Well, my wife opened her “gifts” and she (and I!) are delighted. The two sets are both stunning - exquisite, in fact. The fit is perfect and true to her size (34D and small). But the sets are very classy, very pretty with fine detail and beautifully made. Absolutely no imperfections.
My wife is picky and, more often than not, when I’ve bought lingerie in the past she’s found my choices a little on the tacky side. Absolutely not the case here - she loves both sets.
I will absolutely be purchasing again from Elia Boutique…some Christmas shopping will be sorted early this year!

Really disappointed with this subscription.

The underwear itself isn’t particularly good quality and the sizing seems really off. The postage also states 2–3 days, but I’ve been waiting almost a week just for my latest order to even be dispatched. The first set I ordered took nearly 3 weeks to arrive!

What I find particularly ridiculous is that if you decide to cancel, you’re still expected to pay the full price. I’ve ended up paying £50 for one set of underwear that looks cheap and is poorly sized. For that price, I expected a much better quality product and service.

Unfortunately, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this subscription. The quality, sizing, delivery times and cancellation policy just don’t justify the cost.

My husband purchased an absolutely gorgeous underwear set from Elia as a gift for me. Unfortunately due to having breast cancer a few years back, one of my breasts is slightly smaller, so sadly the bra didn’t fit.
When my husband asked how to return it, they asked for a reason. When he gave them the reason they sent a really lovely email to him and told him not to bother returning the items and to look out for a little gift in the post!

I was absolutely bowled over when I received a beautiful silk dressing gown in a slate grey colour. Not only did I receive this but they sent me about six or seven little samples of beauty cream, perfumes and make-up….
I can’t explain how this made me feel. I was so touched by their generosity and kindness. They even sent it with a little handwritten note from themselves. This is a company that go above and beyond for their customers. Their prices are actually fantastic value and the quality is beautiful too. I fully recommend using this company.

Outstanding customer service!
I only recently discovered this company and have had issues with sizing, staff have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions in order to get this rectified.
From the subscription boxes themselves to the support provided, the level of care and thought at every stage is extremely high. It's refreshing to find a company that truly show they value their customers!

I recieved my first bra and knicker set today . They are very pretty and i cant wait to build my collection. They are definitely for private and not time spent on a girls trip as very revealing. I feel the support is there . Not yet tried on the breifs but they look of a good qualityqnd very pretty. The hair scrunchie was too big for me . Used the face mask it was a lovely treat . Not too harsh on the skin and smelt devine . Will have the evening tea shortly .

An excellent process from point of order to receiving the items. And that's before the aftersales communications with Stacy and, especially, Summer - which included helping me with the cancellation of a duplicate subscription I'd inadvertantly set up due to my technological ineptitude.
The items, which are gifts for my wife, arrived within a few working days, beautifully packaged. As they're currently unopened gifts, I can't comment on the sizing; however, a quick peek inside the boxes without disturbing the packaging tissue and box suggests that the items are of the highest quality.
I will post a further review of the items themselves once they've been opened by my wife next week.

I have received a few of these sets and my husband loves each and every one of them. I would have given them 5 stars but I need more support as Im an E cup. My husband puts out a set which he wants me to wear on the bed and it makes my tummy flutter every time. I nearly forgot to mention the customer service is fabulous..!

It’s a very nice idea and very pretty products. however it’s not big chest friendly, sizing goes up to E cup. They should consider making bigger sizes, for some women have bigger chests.

Such a wonderful company! Super comfy and beautiful lingerie sets, the parcels come with little goodies like flowers and face masks - all vegan which is so considerate! The sets fit perfectly and are so soft and cosy. The designs are unique and delicate, the bra bands are flexible which makes them breathable and comfy. I can’t wait to receive more, it’s such a fun parcel to receive and open every month!

Easy to set up and easy to make changes to your order each month.

Great underwear great fit style colours never had a issue love receiving my box every month my underwear drawer look better than it has done in years

I wanted to get a subscription for my wife. Having recovered from breast cancer finding underwear is sometimes difficult due to the surgery. After ordering a single purchase, my wife received a beautiful set with a couple of added gifts.. the presentation was great. Unfortunately the fitting didn’t work for my wife. Elia boutique’s customer service was second to none though. After trying to find an alternative solution and even recommending alternative companies who specialise in post op underwear they even sent a goodie box to cheer her up.. an amazing gesture. Highly recommend ❤️

Arrived quickly and was a very cute surprise. I’ve ordered the monthly subscription and never know what I’m getting. What I received is something I would have never chosen myself and I loved it. The quality is great and the fit is perfect. Very fun buy!

I didn’t get what I ordered as I only wear briefs they sent me tong I don’t wear or ask for . They replied and said that they cannot guarantee what you ask for!! What’s the point then ordering if you can’t satisfy your customers needs!!!

Little update I have contacted customer service and they said it is what it is so basically you don’t get what you paid for!!!

I'd like to gently clarify that while we do our best to follow your preferences, briefs and thongs aren’t guaranteed as we need to send what’s available in your size when your box is being packed.

That said, I’ve made a note on your account to send briefs for your future boxes whenever we have them available in your size, so the team will keep this in mind when packing your orders.
