Have had two of these so far the fit is perfect on both and they are so beautiful ❤️ lovely little box to get each month also love the satin scrunchys that came with, soooo cute

You’re lingerie is beautifully designed and well stitched, attractively packaged with the little extras that that make each box feel special, on one bra the underwire started coming out, I can fix it no problem. Perhaps a tiny touch of stretch in the bra might be helpful as I cant decide if I’m better off with a 34B or C , I’m really looking forward to receiving my next set xxx

Amazing customer service and great attention to detail on each piece

It's ok. the first box or two is great until you realise it's the same underwear every month just in increasingly ugly colours. Also I specifically asked not to have thongs yet I got sent them. And a couple of the bras really looked awful on me so I asked them not to send that style again..but yep, they kept sending them. I feel a little conned tbh by this. All jazz hands at the beginning but it's just cheap stuff in the end.

UPDATE: A very nice person got back to me with refunds for unwanted underwear and apologies. I would hasten to add that the question of style of underwear and colours is my personal one - and that the actual service - packaging and customer service is overall good and I wouldn't want anyone not to take up a subscription because of my review. I enjoyed it while it lasted for me - and I did get some nice undies out of it! I have amended my rating as a result.

Some of the underwear is lovely but I’m a size 10 weighing 9stone 5 and the Large was just not big enough. Seemed crazy! Also a lot of the same designs

I love this lingerie box. The underwear was stunning, beautifully made and designed, excellent quality. Fitted perfectly and to size. Beautifully wrapped with lovely little gifts and accessories and delivered every month.

You can contact this company by email and they respond quickly to your query and sort it promptly with a replacement if needed and if you want to change the style of the bras pants /thongs its not a problem their happy to do so. I have been very pleased with the style colour and the fit of the bras pants/thongs you even get little gifts inside you monthly subscriptions which are well thought out l would recommend Elia boutique to anyone that wants something different to what you can buy in there local store their attention to the detail to each item they sent out is fantastic l look forward to my monthly subscription

Beautiful underwear and the package is pretty to.
Fit is good and have no issues

Fuller cups are just small bras run slightly larger - they are useless. Straps very thin, only 2 hooks, no side support at all, no projection in the cup. Received one that fitted well but the second was just awful. About 4 cup sizes too small awful. Return window extremely short.

I originally ordered the wrong size for both the top and bottom. After speaking with the team at Elia, they helped me choose the right size, and once the replacement set arrived, it fit perfectly. It’s a beautiful set and I’m very much looking forward to receiving my next set! I also received very good feedback 😉

After loosing weight having 3 children and loosing my sparkle i came across Ella boutique for a simple treat each month for myself the laundry each moth I recive is quality comfortable and sexy I look forward to see what I have in the box each month and so far I love it all its easy to change sizes and styles each month by going on to my account and editing 100% recommend xx
