Elegant Steps 

I had a wedding to attend on the 4th of October and i had left getting the shoes to the very last second! I contacted Elegant Steps and they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding with my dilema and had the shoes out to me, in the design i wanted and the colour i wanted, 48 hours later. Fantastic service and i would not hesitate to use them again in the future (hopefully not as another last minute rush!)

I ordered shoes on 6 September and finally received them on 15th. As they were unsuitable I returned them on 16th. I waited a week for a refund and then rang on 23rd. I was told the shoes had been received on 18th and it would take 7-10 working days for a refund - approx 28th. I rang again on 30th and was told exactly the same thing, 7-10 working days. I have now been waiting 12 days for a refund and Elegant Steps have had my money for 24 days. Unhelpful customer service - poor customer relations. Would not use again.

I went to Elegant Steps as they offered a unique service of not only dying shoes to a shade that I wanted, but also offered custom made shoes. I couldn't find anything on the Web at all after weeks of fruitless searching. Elegant Steps staff were friendly, polite and above all seemed to care about what I actually wanted and helped me sort out a solution. Would definitely recommend.

I really struggled to find the perfect pair of wedding shoes, as well I really wanted just that a 'perfect pair' for my very special day. With the easy and quick delivery and returns service I was able to try lots of different styles and sizes. So many beautiful designer shoes available at very competitive prices. After trying many pairs, I found my wonderful wedding shoes which absolutely love. I'm now looking to get my bridesmaid shoes through Elegant Steps. Fantastic service, quick and easy and a route to all the different designers and styles, trying on in the comfort of your home, and no time or money wasted having to travel far and wide to lots of different stores.

I have contacted the company before placing my order as I needed to know whether both shoes and bag match perfectly and I was replied to the matter immediately and got assurance that my items do match which in fact was the case. Perfectly so if I may say. I was also impressed by the packing, each shoes individually packed in plastic, bubble wrapped and with the clutch bag separately packed too both in paper and plastic and mailed box within a box with foam too so items cannot move and be damaged. Impressive I may say. Very good job and am truly happy with my shoes perfect in size and very comfortable too. Cannot wait to wear them for my occasion.

We found this company via Google search, while looking for a pair of Benjamin Adams Lulu shoes! We found this company Excellent, we rang and asked one or two questions about the shoes, which we got truthful answers too. I placed the order with full confidence and peace of mind as they were expensive. 3 days later they were delivered and on opening the box they were truly stunning! My daughter is over the moon with them, they are her dream prom shoes! First class service, I would highly recommend Elegant Steps.

Purchased shoes and handbag from the company and returned them to be dyed from a swatch of material from my wedding outfit. Just had them returned to me and they are absolutely perfect - thanks Monika! The service throughout the purchasing and the dyeing process has been excellent. Everything dealt with efficiently and all items sent were very carefully packaged. The staff at the other end of the phone could not have been more pleasant and helpful . I thoroughly recommend this company it was a pleasure to deal with them Don't say that too often nowadays!

Elegant steps could not have been more helpful! I ordered shoes and a bag to match and I was immediately contacted to say the bag was out of stock, but they would be able to dye a similar style to match the shoes. Fantastic! The shoes arrived the next day and were utterly gorgeous and matched my dress perfectly. I emailed Elegant Steps to say the shoes were exactly what I was looking for and they emailed back with an ETA for the bag. All the way through the process Elegant Steps have kept me informed and, as I said, the shoes are beautiful and excellent quality. I would strongly recommend Elegant Steps and will definitely be using them again.

- I made a couple of mistakes with my order, which they dealt with immediately.
- My shoes were delivered more quickly than expected.
- Monika in the colour studio contacted me to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted from the dying process.
- I also received a swatch of my shoe material dyed, to make sure I was happy with it before proceeding.

My order was turned around very quickly, and the shoes look fabulous.

In my search for custom made wedding shoes I came across Elegant Steps. They have an excellent range of shoes to choose from and the most amazing staff in the colour studio, After a telephone consultation the design of my shoes was decided and confirmation sent to me for approval. The service I personally paid for was the for 3-5 weeks and the shoes arrived completed at the 3 week mark. I could not ask for a better service or better quality shoes. The staff at Elegant Steps are experienced and knowledgeable and do their best to please. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I was having difficulty finding the right colour shoes and handbag to go with my outfit for my son's wedding. I was told about Elegant Steps by a friend where you can have shoes and handbags dyed to the required colour. I was delighted with the service from the moment I walked into the shop. So many styles of shoes to chose from and I felt relaxed and not at all hurried in finding the right ones. The young assistant spent alot of time fetching me all the styles I wanted to try on. Monika who is in the design department is excellent. She is very meticulous and matched the colour I wanted in my dress perfectly. The result is a beautiful pair of shoes and handbag for this special occasion.

Wish I had found Elegant Steps earlier it would have saved me a lot of time and worry!
I bought a pair of April shoes and had them colour matched dyed to go with my MoB outfit - a very soft dusky pink - and they were absolutely perfect. Impressed with the personal service and clear advice, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The shoes were so comfortable I was able to wear them all day and night without problem. I would certainly use Elegant Steps again for any occasion - colour matched shoes finish off an outfit beautifully and Elegant Steps make this so easy to do.

Violet wedding shoes is not a typical bridal order! But Elegant Steps made my dream come true. I am very happy that I ordered my shoes here because now I got what I wanted. I had a very tricky colour to be matched - a specific shade of cornflower blue which is the theme colour for my wedding.
Having looked in all the shops, and online I found some shades close to what I wanted but none which was exactly the shade. Then I came across Elegant Steps and although a little put off by the colour process at first, I decided it was the best option.
As it turned out the colour ordering process is quite straight forward, I found a ribbon the perfect shade as sent this as the sample to be matched. My shoes arrived and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks to Monika and her team for a job well done!

From choosing the original shoe to receiving it dyed to my chosen colour, process was very easy.
Quite expensive if you require a faster service, but, Monika contacted me personally, and sent me a swatch to check I was happy with colour .
I used the loop, inside shoulder of my dress, to colour match and the result was perfect.
Would highly recommend for a special occasion.

I had trouble getting my shoes for my daughters wedding in December 7th I purchased them from elegant shoes where I needed them dyeing x I spoke with Monika and she talked me all thru it and now I have my exact colour bloody brilliant and to speak to her was like I was speaking to a friend !!
