I bought my beautiful wedding shoes from Elegant Steps and dyed them later on to match a ball gown. They are perfectly dyed! ES are easy to get into contact with, and extremely serviceminded and helpful. First I ordered the wrong size (I live in Sweden and UK/US sizes are tricky...) but ES speeded things up and made sure that my shoes were delivered in time for my event.

I can not sing their praises enough. It is rare to find such care, service and courtesy when buying online these days, especially with something as important as special occasion shoes.
I had to have my pair dyed to match a swatch for my brother's wedding, but am particular about the fit and styles I find comfortable and to my taste. Elegant Steps really made this whole process so painless. I found my perfect pair, but the crowning glory on the whole process - the dyeing. I could not believe my eyes!! Was half in tears when they dyed pair arrived in the post, they were gorgeous. Not a single irregularity, nothing to show they had not been that shade from the beginning. I was treated well by all the staff I spoke to, but their colourist, Monika, deserves special mention. An artist, truly. Thank you!!

I ordered my shoes online specifically with a view to have them dyed. They arrived in good time, they fitted lovely so I phoned to find out what I had to do to get them dyed. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and emailed me the form, I chose my colour from the colours online, sent them back and a couple of weeks later they arrived looking gorgeous. It's a bit faffy sending them back but that's the only way to check they fit before they are dyed. Great service!

I just bought a pair of shoes for my own wedding, loved them.. they look exactly like on website...arrived in good time...only one thing i didn't like is that they are very slippery (i had to buy self adhesive soles) ... for the very high price i paid they should make a better quality of the shoes soles.

Elegant Steps charged £10 for the delivery of 4 pairs of shoes. My bridesmaids found them uncomfortable (the heel dug in strangely), so we returned them. However upon reading the fine print on the returns label I realised that they charge £2.95 for every item that you return! I have never heard of this before - not only are returns not free they are extortionate. £2.95 per parcel, I could understand, but per pair of shoes?! So in total I have paid £22, and have nothing to show for it,

Great service and products and a company I would truly recommend to anyone! I wanted shoes and clutch to match my mother-of-the-bride outfit and found Elegant Steps through a web search. The order from start to finish was so easy - order online, complete form, provide swatch and voila! my outfit is complete! Thank you so much again!

I recently bought four pairs of shoes from Elegant Steps for me and my three bridesmaids. I also paid to have the shoes dyed four different colours. The shoes were dyed to an excellent standard and matched the swatches I sent perfectly. However, it was the service I was blown away with. From start to finish I was kept updated with my order and Monika in the colour studio in particular was hugely helpful. I cannot recommend Elegant Steps enough and I'm looking forward to showing off their handiwork on the day!

Elegant Steps website allowed me to purchase a pair of shoes from their website, completed the transaction only to receive a phone call the next day to tell me that they could not accept the order (despite taking my money) because I was using a discount code on top of the order. I agreed to pay the full amount only to receive an email a week later that the size I required were not available for 60 days missing the deadline I needed to surprise my partner and completely leave me in the lurch.
Worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

The lady in sales Sharon was really informed and knew so much about all of the shoes and bags.
The shoes arrived in great time for me to select a pair, and then I sent them all back to get my chosen pair dyed and jewelled.

A big thank you to this 5 star company. It provides a wonderful service with prompt delivery of their gorgeous shoes. As Mother of the Bride, I wanted elegant but comfortable shoes which I had failed to find in any of the city stores. My shoes are now perfect! My thanks go to all the staff who are very helpful including Sharon, and also Jayne who I believe is the owner. Jayne answered my initial call, and offered her advice on the various shoes that I had looked at, and even rang me back after her office had closed so that she could check their warehouse for that certain pair of shoes that she has suggested. Nothing is too much trouble!

If your struggling to find shoes to match your colour theme then this is the best place to get them, excellent all round my flower girls shoes are beautiful and excellent communication throughout the order and dyeing process, I couldn't recommend them any higher, they take everything into consideration, your colour, the style of shoe and date of your big day so you have them on time, I am one very happy bride to be, thanks again helen

I found elegant steps after researching online. I read the reviews, watched the video & checked out the shoes/ bags available. After the first pair of shoes were too high for me I paid more attention to wider fit and found shoes that were described as being like slippers.
When I had the right shoes I returned them with a cotton reel which matched my outfit, the lady at the colour studio called me to discuss the order and my personal needs. We agreed the bag to match would be different and discussed an extra Jewel to adorn the shoes. I really felt that every avenue and need was being taken care of including the fact that my sons wedding was being held outside (daylight). This I certainly had not thought of.
The shoes and bag were promptly returned and they are beautifully transformed. They match and complete my outfit, I'm all ready to rock & roll thanks to Elegant Steps.

I wanted my bridesmaids shoes dyed the same colour as their dresses. A gumdrop yellow. I wanted them to suit the summer outdoor weather as we wed in Turkey in july.
I sent a swatch of material to match the colour. They dyed them in sunlight condition. They exceeded my expectation.
They are absolutely perfect, and my bridesmaid is delighted with them.
She may well make use of them after the wedding, but I have suggested to her to use this company again to dye them a different colour if she wishes.
I highly recommend to use this company, it's a very easy service.
