I recently purchased a Chamelion FDXL with Electric Rider UK. The bicycle was delivered on time and feedback from Electric Rider was good.
This folding Ebike is performing well and I have had several long city rides on it. It is very comfortable yet sturdy and performs well especially on steep hills on high power. One major advantage are its 24 inch wheels, yet it folds quickly and can be easily stored indoors taking up very little space, this being a big advantage for me. Even though its a folding ebike the larger wheels give it the comfortable feel and stability of a much larger ebike. I look forward to taking it to the country next summer for some really long rides.

We ordered two cycles just before first UK lockdown. They helped find a suitable alternative as the gents was on long lead in. We were kept informed of progress and cycles came as advised.
Very good service and very happy with both bikes.

Purchases two EMU bikes from Electric rider. Both arrived on a securely packaged and on a pallet, on the communicated delivery date.
Easy to assemble, although both arrived without battery chargers! Customer services were fantastic and dispatched to new ones same day. They arrived next morning.

Bikes smooth and comfortable to ride.

Electric bikes aren't cheap (but then nor are Teslas) and with the demand created by the pandemic, potential customers should be realistic about possible delivery times and a lack of discount.

If my experience is anything to go by, this a great company to do business with.

I love my Emu electric bike supplied by Electric Rider who were very helpful in choosing the right bike for my circumstances. The delivery was made with efficiency and speed and I recommend the company to anyone tired of toiling up those hills!

After unpacking and setting bike up. I had a small issue with product, phoned Electric Rider. Gila rang me within 5 mins. Issue sorted, so far customer service has been exellent. I have tried the bike just for half a mile seamed ok. Hopefully my wife will test it on christmas day. Happy with customer service. I ordered an ebike in early December as a Christmas present for my wife. The confirmation was quick but 3 days later another email stated that the ETA was mid January.
I contacted Electric rider to say that as a Christmas present this date was no use to me. To their credit they were very understanding and apologised ,explaining that due to covid , supplies were much slower than normal which is a fair comment. they agreed to a full refund which as stated in their terms, would be up to 21 days but instead they fast tracked the refund and it was back in my account 2 days later. This was excellent customer service and so I would definitely recommend this company

After searching for best deal and service to buy 2 e-bikes - we decided for Electric Rider after reading positive reviews in TrustPilot.
My experience was great. An email sent, a phone call with all my questions answered following. Especially regarding availability.
A discount applied in my basket as well as a pair of nice locks for the bikes.
100% compromised with customer quality.

I booked a consultation with Electric Riderv to help decide which e-bike to buy. Gila Joff phoned me and was personable and professional. Her questions were apposite and she quickly recommended the bikes for us. i then went away and researched and agreed and called her back. She price matched another provider and I ordered. The order was confirmed immediately and the bikes arrived the following week. We went for EMU Step-through bikes and they are AMAZING. Top quality design and build. The bikes were delivered 95% assembled - just the peddles and handlebard to put on. So, in short customer service 10/10 from Electric Rider and product scores 10/10. Really chuffed - I was worried about spending 3K GBP but feel I certainly got my moneys worth.

Really happy with the purchase, there was a delay which wasn’t electric riders fault but they kept me updated by email on a regular basis. When the bike arrived it had a couple of bits missing and the company dealt with it straight away and the bits arrived 2 days later. Very good service from this company.

On june 11/06/20 I ordered & paid infull for this awsome looking bike & was told it would be 4/6 wks that's ok.
I called them 3 times & on the 1st September I received an email they wanted the order no. For verification I sent it on 2nd of September I received another e-mail asking for description of order & a picture I'm now getting stressed ! on 3rd of September i
received another e-mail saying I will receive my bike in 7/10 days as it's being built for me i was confident I would receive my bike because I checked with cyclotricity they said my bike was instock i said fantastic I ordered mine from electric rider but my bike never came I contacted electric rider again I received another e-mail saying due to high demand they are sold out & my bike will take upto 21days to now arrive ( what happened to the one I was having built it clearly say's they are built in UK) I waited for my bike & on 12/10/20 I cancelled my bike i was having difficulty sleeping because of the stress i might have been ripped off. I received an email it said it will take upto 21days to receive a refund & after the 17/10/20 i reported it to PayPal because time was running out to open a dispute paypal refunded the money into my account on 09/11/20 so my purchase experience was not pleasant really, 23 weeks of stress sleepless nights & worry I dont think that was a great service at all & on top of that Electric Rider dont update you or inform you of difficulties at all in fact I would still be waiting for a bucket of steam if I wouldn't have contacted them, everything I've said is documented and I'm still extremely disappointed I really wanted that bike I was utterly let down by Electric Rider & no apology I was most definitely taken for a ride.

The model 50 motorbike is great for short city trips! Got myself one as a birthday present and it is lovely to ride. Charging is fast too... the price overall was not bad, the delivery was quick. Very happy!
