i was looking for an electric mountain bike and with the help of electric rider chose the ezego trail destroyer,pre ordered one because out of stock at the time.at to wait for about 3months waiting for shipment and covid,but arrived when electric rider said it would,and when i had a problem electric rider and ben from ezego sorted it.i would not hesitate in useing electric rider again,would highly recommend. Great customer service, I ordered the wrong bike by mistake but then I received a speedy refund! Friendly staff.

Paid for my bike by PayPal, funds taken immediately, four months later no bike delivery.
No response to my last 4 emails and will not communicate by phone. Usual COVID-19 excuses like most typical underperforming companies.
I have now requested a refund but they seem very dismissive and I’m not confident they have acknowledged my refund request.
Now starting a case with PayPal, hopefully they can help.
Really disappointing.

First off it would be handy to have a star between average and great (like good) . . . but on to the review. As far as customer service and effort I found Electric Rider to be sincere and persevering so I rate them highly there. Unfortunately the bike came with major issues. The good thing is ER found me a local mechanic who did a tremendous job, although to get the bike right it did take a few tries. So lots of points for taking care of the issues over time. The bike itself is now pretty good but to be honest I wouldn't buy it again. For the price it isn't brilliant. I also now see that a folding electric bike is maybe asking too much of one item. If you want a folding bike, I recommend getting a manual one which would be lighter. And if you want an electric bike don't go for folding as the gears aren't impressive. It may be if you buy a really pricey folding electric you'll have a better bike. Anyway the Roo Dog Bliss is very sturdy, looks nice and with all the work rides okay.

Very good service had small problem with my bike but was sorted very quickly.

I have an E-go Max and could not be more pleased with it so far. It folds easily and seems very sturdy. I love the paint - very smart and unusual. It rides well and the extra oomph is welcome on hills. Not getting any younger.! But this bike allows me to exercise and get a bit of help when I need it.

A well built bike, my wife was impressed with it. It arrived ahead of expected delivery and was well packaged.

Okay. So we're all after a bike at the moment, especially an electric bike, and supply chains are in a mess. I had a few false starts along this process but found electric rider to be professional and helpful even under the weight of my rambling, impatient e-mails. It all came good in the end and I would recommend you deal with Gila from the get go because she gave me really excellent advice, even helping with putting the bike together (be aware instructions can be sketchy if you're not already a bike geek). So. Be patient. Electric rider will help you in every way they can. They want you to get the best bike for you. What's not to like?

Looking forward to many happy riding days - when the Scottish weather allows it. Off to gaze adoringly at my new bike. Thanks Gila

Hi if you order from electric I reccomend you speak with Gila on the customer service line she is excellent and helps you with everything and a huge asset to the company

Unfortunately I would not recommend Electric Rider. After purchasing my Wisper 806 E-bike from them in mid June 2020 (after being promised delivery within 21 days) - in fact I finally received the bike in early December - 170 days later. Despite many, many emails from me asking for updates, I never received a single phone call (except the day I bought and paid for it) - but was offered a derisory £55 rebate and endless Covid related excuses. Several interim delivery dates were offered which didn't materialise and finally the bike got delivered without any advance notice, and I wasn't home to receive it. Right out of the box, the bike had not been properly checked and has quite a serious problem with the main steering column. A new part has been ordered and I am waiting for it to be fitted. Other than that the bike is excellent and well made, but Electric Riders service and customer relations are extremely poor in my opinion.

Electric Rider have a great product range and customer support for all eMobility needs. Awesome company and highly recommended!

Given these are difficult times with COVID etc. and the bike I purchased was imported, it would be churlish of me to be too critical about the 3 months it took to deliver the bike. Electric Rider did their best to keep me informed although I did find the 'e-mail only' means of communication frustrating at times. Very pleased with the quality of the bike itself and look forward to many a good days cycling.

I recently purchased a juicy poco bike. Unfortunately I received an email to tell me that they no longer had these in stock and so I was recommended an EMU electric bike. It arrived promptly and was one of the best purchases I have made. It gets me to work so much quicker and gets up the hills with no problem. Would 100% recommend.

Being in Ireland I was somewhat concerned that the EMU Step Through bike I had ordered as a gift for a friend might not get to them by christmas. I E/Mailed Electric Rider with my concerns. I need not have worried as they replied promptly and assured me that the bike would arrive before Christmas. I was very pleased that it did arrive as arranged. Well done Electric Rider. Many thanks.
