I cannot recommend Electric Rider enough. Absolutely SUPERB customer service and brilliant team. Everything from keeping the bike I wanted on hold, switching bike batteries and sending out a new bike lock - ER has been on top of it all and keeping me in the loop. If you want a smooth, straightforward and uncomplicated process when purchasing a bike Electric Rider is the way to go!!

DO NOT buy from these people! They lied to me about my delivery date for my bike and I had to contact them to receive an update on my order, only to be told my order had been delayed!
I decided to cancel my order and was told I would receive a refund within 2 weeks. Nearly 4 weeks later I have still not received a refund or ANY sort of update! I have contacted them 3 times in the past 5 days and each time have been told I would be contacted within 24 hours (still waiting)

They are great at communicating during the purchase stage, but once they take your money it’s near impossible to speak to anyone.

I would avoid them at all costs!

There are other great companies that you can purchase e-bikes from at a competitive price, including where I have now purchased my e bike from and received my order within 48 hours.

Funny how I left a review and within 24 hours my order has finally been cancelled, but still no refund or any update on when my refund will be processed. Which honestly I expect an immediate refund as I have already been waiting 4 weeks.
It is not my fault the staff are incompetent and couldn’t process my cancellation as soon as I requested it.

The reply I received through trustpilot was not satisfactory because throughout the buying process I was told my bike was in stock and would be dispatched within a week. You stated that there where severe delays to my shipment and I was made aware immediately? That is FALSE! Never have I received any update on my order! I had to contact Electric rider in order to receive an update!

Don’t believe any of the replies to customer on trust pilot as they are trying to protect their reputation. I wouldn’t be surprised if the positive reviews are from associates.

Please read all negative reviews and you will notice it’s the same issue.
Their negative reviews account for 20% of all reviews. That’s 1 in 5 customers that are left unhappy.

Ps my order was part cyclesheme voucher and part card payment.

Yes the cyclesheme voucher has been refunded to me, but only because I contacted cyclesheme as I had no trust in Electric-dealing with my request promptly. Cyclesheme told me they would be cancelling the voucher, which they did.

Also I still haven’t received a refund for the debit card part payment of my order even though I requested my order to be cancelled over 3 weeks ago.

I needed an E bike. When I called, Jila Joffe pick up the phone. My initial intention was to enquire about an ebike, but the amount of help,professionalism, patience and the high standard of customer service I received from Jila made me decide to buy the bike there and then though it was not my initial intention.
Furthermore, I was expecting the bike at some point around the end of August, but surprisingly it was delivered within the week.
I very much appreciate the customer service I received from Jila and I'm very please with my purchase.

Why have Easyrider asked me for a review when I haven’t received my bike yet, after over 2 weeks, and no correspondence to say it’s been dispatched. Today after I have emailed, posted on live chat, and phoned and I am getting no information.

DON'T give this company your hard earned money!! They will willingly take it, but once you've given it they'll tell you the bikes not coming into stock. I've requested a refund on 4 occasions now and I've not had one reply to say this is going through. I'm giving them 2 weeks then I'm calling the visa company to request my money back. Absolutely shocking customer service. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Please, please, please, don't be as daft as I was, learn from my mistake.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Customer service is shocking. Order not arrived. ABSOLUTELY ZERO updates about the order. When you ring there’s no one there to speak to, only receptionist who can’t do anything apart of fill the complaint form in. DISGUSTING.

Great lightweight electric bike perfect for me

Service was friendly, fast and on point. eBIke experts tell an honest story about what to buy and what not. My ebike took some time to be delivered, but in the end Electric Rider made the predicted delivery window. So all good there. People on the support team offer good help and give tailor made options to fix any issues.

Ordered a Roodog which was delivered on time. Very substantial electric bike with ability to fold. Idea for motor home and carrying in car. Excellent service, waiting for second one to be delivered.

I waited a long time for my Wisper bike but this was no fault of electric rider this was manufacturing problems in Portugal due to the pandemic, where the bikes are manufactured

Electric rider kept me informed all the time and kept me in the loop with update
I would highly recommend Electric Rider to purchase a bike from this is the second Wisper bike I have purchased from them

High Quality products with knowledgeable and friendly staff who will help you find the right product for you. I purchased for my grand mother as she struggles when riding her bike. It arrived quick, we are very happy.

Circumstances beyond ER control delayed delivery but a better job of communicating would have been appreciated. Eventually we got just 45 minutes notice - lucky we were in. One of the bikes had not been properly adjusted which made it unsafe to ride. That said good bikes at a good price.

Excellent solid bike but the delivery service could be improved. By the time the bike reached me the packaging was in tatters and the bike was scratched. Electric Rider arranged a small refund to cover the cost of touch up paint so I have no complaint about them..... just about the delivery company. The bike is a joy to ride.

If I could give no stars I would! My whole experience with Electric Rider is very poor.
I ordered a bike in April expecting delivery within 2 - 5 days), After chasing my order I was told that due to Covid the delivery is between 7 - 10 days. After chasing again after the 10 days period had passed I was then advised that there would be a delay as my bike had no charger, after a few excuses and many emails I decided to cancel my order as I had lost my confidence in Electric Rider and they agreed to refund me. A week after cancelling to my surprise a bike was delivered to my neighbours whilst I was out! So again I had to telephone (only message taken), followed up with several emails. Arranged for the bike to go back, it's been picked up but I am still waiting for a refund!! Its funny how they can take payments immediately but do not make refunds! A very stressful and disappointing experience that has not yet been resolved.

E-bike that I ordered is superb quality and performance. Lovely customer service when I rang.

Great website. Massive range of electric bikes to choose from. A personal recommendation about this bike and the company made me feel confident. Give them a go.

Ordered an electric bike on the basis of an e-mail telling me the alternative to the model I wanted was due in the next month. Had to pay full price up front, then got an e-mail to tell me it was on back order. Had to e-mail to chase up for a date, to be told April 1st. To be fair, it duly arrived on the day.

In summary, please with the bike I eventually chose, but disappointed in the communications received.

The bike is a lovely piece of kit: and has everything on it that I had wanted. It rides beautifully. You will need engineering skills to assemble it, and I have purchased a ladies' saddle as the one provided was not very comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful when I telephoned and talked me through all the different options and explained everything I asked them.
