The initial bike I wanted was majorly delayed so in the end a lovely man called Greg recommended another bike which was similar and in stock. No issues ordering and arrived within 24 hours of being despatched. Nothing has been too much trouble and Iv always had a quick response.

All round good service. Initial bike that I ordered was out of stock but the company found me an alternative which turned out to be very suitable. Good communication throughout and my bike arrived when they said it would. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I had a specific need for an electric bike and needed to talk to someone specialised, several sources pointed me to Electric Rider. I got in contact and explained my needs, had a really long chat and after a while was recommended a couple of bikes, nothing that I had in mind when I started, but now I knew a lot more about them, I could see why. I made my purchase and have been blown away with it. I can not recommend the support, communication and sales knowledge enough. Well worth me taking the extra time and nothing is too much for the staff at Electric Rider.

Bike broke after 2 days and theyve taken 7weeks to collect it and get it in for a repair, terrible service and terrible buying experience. Dont use them.

Electric Rider came and picked up my bike finally and repaired it to a high standard, everything is working as normal now I only wish this was the case from the start. My experience would of been flawless then.

Ordered my bike in March for June delivery and bike arrived at end of June but it came without the battery! Got a good response from the on line team but was disappointed the bike wasn’t checked before dispatch as I might just as well ordered from the manufacturer

Electric rider is absolutely the best. I bought my bike from them and it was delivered earlier than I expected. Then, I ordered the lights, and it's so cool. Perfect for my bike. I have never been satisfied like this.

I love my Emu Step Through Electric Bike. It was a problem tracking the courier but I could track that it was out for delivery and that it was being delivered within a few days.
I had paid £200 extra for hydraulic brakes and the left brake did not initially work. I received great service from Gina Customer Service Advisor at Electric Rider. She advised that my left brake may have an air lock if it had been stored flat at any stage. I was advised to keep engaging the left brake and it should come right. I also found the original saddle very painful on my lower pelvic bone area and Gina was able to advise me on an alternative saddle that would fit. It was a 'MSDADA Gel Bike Seat Bicycle Saddle' for £16.99 from Amazon and it made all the difference. Sometime during my first 19 mile cycle the left brake righted itself.
I have now done 60 miles in total and find the bike great when ascending steep hills. It took time to adjust to an electric bike. I now go around all corners with a '0' so that I do not zoom over to the other side of the road
My husband fitted the handlebars and seat for me. When on my first group ride fellow cyclists adjusted the handlebars to the correct orientation.
I would have preferred if the bike did not advertise that it is an electric bike on the bars at the back but I suppose any bike thief would recognise it as such.
It is a great looking bike. I am 66 and 5' 10 inches and managed to lift it onto a Halfords 2 bike carrier purchased for £79.99 that carries up to 30 kg weight. Halfords were able to check that it would fit my Volkswagen Golf car.
My next tasks are to find a bottle carrier and a pannier but I am sure that Gina will be helpful if I cannot find these. I have no hesitation in recommending this bike or Electric Rider.

Poor and insufficient information given to customer. Not just right to view bikes over the Internet. I got a wrong bike from this shop.

I was told I would receive my bike in May. I was not informed of any delays from Electric Bike Rider, I had to contact them. I received it start of July. The bike had couple of scratches on it, the carrier was damaged as was the seat. I was told it was probably damaged in transit, which is in my opinion total rubbish. I got an apology and was told that I would receive a new carrier, paint and a new seat, I’m still waiting.
Almost 3 months on from the original delivery date and I’ve still not managed to ride my bike.
Trying to get through on the phone is difficult and if you leave a message you have to wait up to 48 hours for a response. I wouldn’t class this as good customer service.
I’ve missed out on several planned bike rides and I’m certainly not a happy customer.

Excellent service, I was kept informed at all times about delays to delivery and when it finally arrived I was absolutely delighted. It is a super bike and I am thrilled with it.
