Following our recent bike purchase we had some issues with locks and cables. All our difficulties were resolved promptly and efficiently. Responses to e mails were quick and supportive at every turn with spare parts delivered within 24 hours. Excellent in every respect.

I recently purchased this bike from electric rider and very happy with first impression- it was recommended by their sales team and it exceeded my expectations - feels sturdy and reliable bike with excellent gear system, amazing grip of big tyres, and a good battery power. Also a minor issue with the bike was immediately handled with care. Happy happy !

Second update- still happy with bike 🚴 for its battery life and its compactness, but for past few days noticed a rustling metallic sound coming out from possibly motor and have reported it.

Although I had a problem with my chosen bike and had to return it, the quality of the customer support could not be faulted. From helping me to choose the type of bike I required to trying to sort out the problems I had after the bike arrived the staff were always polite and patient. The problem I had was not of their making but they tried to resolve it in the best way possible. I would thoroughly recommend this company if your looking at an on-line purchase.

The initial interaction was ok and the sales rep I spoke too was very knowledgeable. We purchased 2 trial destroyers and after a very long time of waiting which is completely understandable due to Brexit etc. We finally received the bikes. Having to chase for updates all the time was not great, if you updated your customers with any info a little more regularly it would help. One of the bikes was broken and after many attempts to get this sorted I decided to take it straight to the manufacturer as the response was so much quicker. I would strongly recommend passing on the details of the manufacturer to end users if they experience problems as electric Rider was very slow and I didn't feel very valued. I understand that the bikes we purchased are lower range but they are very expensive for us. Simply having a response that you will be back in touch within 72 hours via email is terrible and not accurate at all. When calling for a quick response the receptionist just says the same "send and email" which frankly isn't helpfull. Other than the value in price from buying multiple bikes there is not a massive amount of value using electric rider. Both bikes are operational now on the 6th of October after purchasing them many months ago but sadly the summer is over. Adding value as a reseller is the most important part to gain good customer sat and recurring business. I would strongly suggest you up your game on commutating regularly to customera or you may find yourself in a spot of bother in a very competitive market.

I received helpful and informative advice from Sam on the phone which helped me decide between the two bikes I’d been considering. I was given a delivery date which unfortunately due to delays caused by covid was not realised, however Sam remained in contact so I knew what was going on and when I did receive the e-bike it was worth the wait.
I specifically wanted a bike made in England, not China, and settled on Electric Rider for this reason, the good reviews and the great initial customer service with my enquiry.
Am delighted with my e-bike, it’s amazing!

Excellent after sales service. Electrical fault on bike from day one. A new bike was promptly sent out as a replacement.

Dont like the seat , too small and the nuts on the rear wheel were loose, only realised after doing 5 miles on it

My bike did take about 3 months to arrive but with the current pandemic anything like bikes, garden furniture etc are taking this long. Every question was answered even though I was frustrated now and again. The bike is unbelievable! I would advise anyone to get one! Best investment I have made I love it!

Worst company to deal with. Excuses after excuses. Told it would be one month. Ended up been 5. They actually kept telling me different dates until the last 6 weeks and decided to tell me the truth.

I ordered a chameleon 24 bike from this company . It arrived within 3 days and any small questions were answered immediately. Unfortunately the instruction manual related to a similar bike which was just ok. It was quite simple to put together. But I am told the will send me a manual for this bike when it is available

The bike was ordered back in Feb 2021 but due to no fault of Electric Rider we have only just taken delivery. They were so apologetic about the delays but theses were definitely not their fault or under their control. At no time did they try to fob me off with a confirmed eta which I appreciated. I kept patient and the bike arrived personally delivered by one of their staff. As a gesture of good will we were provided with an extra years warranty FOC which was a really nice gesture especially as the delays were not of their doing. In the end we have got the bike that we wanted at a great price and with and extra years warranty to boot.
So a very happy customer and would recommend electric rider to anyone who needs a bike.

Great company to purchase a product through using cycle scheme. Delivery was quick from the point purchase was completed. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the MATE X bikes bought. One was too big for my wife so I asked about a swap. Not a problem at all and personal contact from senior staff by telphone to aid in choosing just the right bike and a refund also of the balance. Many thanks to Greg and Gila Joffe for exceptional service to the customer.

Although I understand the high demand and how hard has been these past months to get ready enough bikes for everyone, there was a constant lack of information and transparency.
They never contacted me in advance to tell what was happening. And I received my jume 3 months after the promised date.

Bike took alot longer to deliver than initially expected but to be fair this was no fault of Electric Rider. They told me that the supply chain had been disrupted and my bike parts were stuck in a container at the border. Took a few days to assemble and I was kept up to date the whole time. It arrived well boxed and was handed over by their driver who showed me how to use it in detail - really nice touch... Had excellent service the whole time and to be fair to the support team they did everything they could to get me this as soon as possible. I'm considering a few more purchases for the family come black friday / christmas! P.S their 2021 ebike guide was brilliant

I am an inexperienced buyer for bikes/electric bikes and the service and advice from electric rider has been really helpful. I have now brought my first electric bike from these guys and I am confident I've made the right choice. Thank you again.

Pretty horrendouse customer experience; Ordered and paid for my Cyclotricity Bike in May this year and been given the run around by sales since. Cannot give me an accurate delivery date for the bike and now being told that I can't actually speak to a sales rep! for a company which boasts great customer service, that not my experience. I am now concerned I may never get my bike and will have to fight to get my money back. Supply Chain issues aside, stonewalling customers is no way to deal with delivery issues. Avoid if you want a bike any time soon.

Very good at taking payment but however when asking about delivery saying the manufacturer has it but after I speak directly to the manufacturer and being informed that they don't have any of the parts for the bike I have been lied to and there for have requested a full refund let's I hope I receive it but 21days is a joke considering payment takes seconds to do but refund takes 21 days really I am very disappointed and upset with this company if I don't receive my refund I will be going to trading standards.

Update response from electric rider saying I have been refunded which is a lie as just checked my bank no refund but you say I have been refunded which isn't true

I would highly recommend Electric Rider to anyone who likes e-bike. They have many great selections and the prices are reasonable. You will have the best service too!

I ordered a wisper 806 bike from them. The bike arrived late but they were very informative during the process. I was able to get a reply to my emails rapidly. If the rating was based on pre-delivery I would say 3.5 or 4 over 5 because the bike arrived in 2 months. I must say that during covid 19, every other company is the same, the supply is really short for ebikes.

After the delivery they were perfect! They answered all of my questions rapidly and solved all of my problems. So I would say they are 5 over 5 and they do everything to make the customers happy!
