Trying to get the credit from my…
Trying to get the credit from my electric account back from Electric Ireland.. It is over a month and still waiting. Rang many times and get a different excuse every time eg new system, new process, new management. I have been assured call backs but no one follows through. I have emailed and they say they will make contact in 10 days. I think they have no staff. DO NOT RISK DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY
I have just tried using the customer care number quoted below. This number takes you to the normal call centre. They are impossible.

I'm switching. I had a curtesy call yesterday from customer services and tried to ring back but got a sales office closed message answer. This was at 9.10 am even though opening hours are 8.30 am

Holding on to my credit after I switched from them after very poor service.
In July I switched to Electric NI a very bad move. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer Service is non existent. They should not be trading as a company. No answer to the phone, no callback or no emails answered. I have switched to Power NI and have credit of £115 Approx with them which they are refusing to give me back by ignoring all my emails. It’s my money! Do not use this company. I will be taking legal advice and informing the media about their conduct,

This is not a price it’s about customer service , sent a email 15 days ago about issue with meter saying duplicate receipt from top up online , over 2 days spent a total of 5 hours waiting in a queue , tried multiple times at different times of day , fb mailed 13 days ago with a follow up 12 days ago ! Simply no excuse if wait times are that long then I would hate to have a real problem. I’m going to source power ni as their customer service is ten times better to deal with
I’m response to the company - the energy crisis has been going on since sep / oct it is now 8 months later and your company is not lacking in profits so you should have increased staffing levels if it’s taken that long to respond to customers !! No excuse

Still no answer reference my credit refund after 2 months many wasted calls and emails. Is in the hands of the Regulator, failing that a small claims Court.
Funny how when Stephen Nolan got involved for one chaps problem it was resolved in 24 hours.
Awful customer service and will put the same old garbage as an answer.

Very Poor Customer Service
I've been trying to get in touch with them for almost a month now. I dread when I see their name on my todo list. The last time I called I was on hold for almost an hour then someone answered and hung up before they even spoke to me. A manager previously had agreed to call me back and has never done so, almost three weeks later.
They say the service is so bad because of the energy crisis but before it was Covid. Just a very poorly run organisation. No improvements in the last 2-3 years.
They never credited my annual bonus this year but then again they never have since I joined three years ago.
I will be raising a formal complaint with the energy ombudsman.

Literally the worst energy supplier…
Literally the worst energy supplier I've ever been with. Firstly they offered a £100 bonus for switching, which was not applied to my account. I spent HOURS on the phone trying to get it sorted.
I have been unable to access my online account, despite being a customer since last summer and AGAIN spending hours on the phone waiting for an agent to answer. They finally reset my password, but guess what?
It's not working and I can't access my account. Second quarterly bill now due. And sorry but I have to check the bill - I have trust issues with this company.

Probably the worst company/service that…
Probably the worst company/service that anyone could use. They will not answer phone, email, customer service non existant. Spent several days trying to contact them, no answer. One day spent an hour and half waiting to be connected to a customer service adviser, to then hear that there was a techical problem and to call back later, so impossible to contact. This company should be disbanded or more likely by their own hand they will go out of business themselves.
Have now left them for another supplier who said they will contact them to say we left. Avoid at all costs, absolutely useless and charge extortionate price for electricity
