Great servive throughout
The designated advisor - in my case Rick Vullo - was brilliant. He helped source a range of quotes and did a fab job of making sure he listened to my needs and made appropriate suggestions. It saved so much time and meant I didn't have to trawl through the website for hours. A great service! Delivery service was also very smooth, detailed and efficient.

Smooth stress free process
I arranged an electric car through the Electric Car Scheme through my employer and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rebecca and Yasmin were excellent from the first contact. They were clear, responsive, and always happy to answer questions. I have had a great experience
I have had a great experience whilst selecting vehicle and then receiving the vehicle.
Everything was fully explained throughout the process both by The Electric Car Scheme and then the garage.
The Electric Car scheme also fully informed my employer as and when necessary.
I highly recommend the scheme.

EV Scheme
Due to registration of the car, the delivery time was a while, but means that I got the car brand new the day of registration which was a great feeling!
Can't speak highly enough of Alex and his help during this process, he was very respondant and was available to help with the whole process.

Extremely smooth and straight forward process.
All stages from application, account setup, car selection, insurance, maintenance, delivery and charging point installation all clearly explained and documents available.
I was kept up to date on the process, Sam and Tara were on on hand for any queries and assistance, which was very reassuring.

From start to finish!
The website to look at cars and costs was easy to navigate, choosing the desired vehicle was probably the most difficult aspect. Henry, my contact at The electric car scheme was very helpful from the onset, even though I had to wait 6 months to pass my probation period. There was no pressure (unlike UPVC windows) which made the experience very comfortable. If you remove the three weeks holiday that both myself and Henry were away on our respective holidays, the whole process was completed within just a few days. No stress from my end.
