I highly recommend using the Electric Car Scheme, they were really helpful, Ben and Brandon kept me fully informed at all times. The car was available earlier than expected and it was super easy to arrange a suitable delivery date. Sean who delivered the car was also excellent, help me find the best app for charging the car, and I felt like I knew enough to get started once he'd left.

I can't recommend The Electric Car…
I can't recommend The Electric Car Scheme highly enough. From the moment I placed my order right through to after my car was delivered, Louis and Yasmin kept me updated every step of the way by email, phone and even WhatsApp. I never once had to chase anything, which made such a difference.
Both were genuinely friendly and lovely to deal with, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. When my original car order had to be cancelled because of a spec change, Louis was especially helpful and sorted everything out without any fuss at all.
The whole experience was completely stress free, and that's down to the two of them. Louis and Yasmin were absolutely great, thank you both!

Emmanuel was very professional!!
Emmanuel was very professional, patient and transparent throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was always helpful with any questions I had.
The only disappointment has been a creaking/squeaking noise from the car on delivery, which has taken some of the shine off the experience and is now being looked into.
Overall, very happy with the service from ECS. 4 stars purely because of the issue with the car after delivery.
