Eldercare Solutions were recommended to me soon after my mother, at very short notice, went into temporary respite care following a series of bad falls. It was a sudden & traumatic experience for the family as it quickly became clear that she could no longer live independently, so respite immediately became residential care. Michael Hastings became my advisor when I first approached Eldercare Solutions with the view to exploring a Care Annuity Plan for my aunt. The service we received from Eldercare was exemplary. We were originally quoted and proceeded with an annuity only to cancel it at the last minute due to a sudden deterioration in the beneficiaries health. This was done with no quibbling or cost. A year later we proceeded again with a care home annuity purchase, to completion this time and again the service has been excellent.
