Helping my digestive issues
My husband started Elcella early December. I saw on Instagram that it could help with gut health symptoms (I have a long history of gut issues). I’ve been stealing 2 of his Elcellas a day to see if it would help me, and though it’s subtle, I have really noticed my energy has improved and I seem to have fewer flair ups. I used to get so drained by my digestive problems so this has been amazing to see - I will get my own bottle today so that I can keep this progress going! Thank you Elcella team!

Was really excited for the claims to reduce appetite naturally but disappointingly didn't notice any difference in appetite or cravings despite taking for 3months... an expensive unsuccessful experiment for me.

The team at Elcella are very professional and always available to help with advice etc. the product itself works in a gentle, perhaps in a more natural way than injectable drugs, in my opinion.
I am already noticing fat loss without seeming to lose muscle mass. After four weeks I can feel and see positive changes.

Expensive and after 3 months I decided to stop buying. On the good side- the customer service was good and supportive.

Been on Elcella for around 4 months and I’m down 10 kg. It’s definitely a long-term thing, but I can tell I’m building habits I can actually keep up. Planning to drop to 4 capsules a day in the new year. I'm really happy with my progress.

You might notice changes in how your clothes fit or how your body feels first, which are great signs that your body composition is shifting even while the numbers catch up. Please remember that Elcella works by naturally rebalancing the foundation of your gut health, and is designed for steady, sustainable weight loss, rather than a quick fix.
As for the sluggishness, we recommend focusing on fibrous vegetables (asparagus, broccoli) and lean proteins (poultry, legumes), whilst limiting starchy foods (pasta, white bread) which can cause sharp drops in blood sugar, contributing to that heavy feeling. Alongside these dietary tweaks, try a short 10-minute walk after meals to help reduce blood sugar spikes, and subsequent crashes which lead to the sluggish feelings.

Only one WEEK in on Elcella so didn’t expect to notice many changes around my eating habits, however despite my weight being the same after one week - somehow I have managed to lose 5cm from my waist and 2cm from my hips. Definitely worth a try!
Since starting Elcella I’ve been less hungry at mealtimes which has allowed me to have smaller portions & be satisfied. I’ve lost 12lb over several months using Elcella combined with healthy eating. I am unable to exercise due to illness so generally struggle to lose weight. The team are supportive and helpful and respond quickly to enquiries. The benefits of not having the potentially dangerous side effects of weight loss injections is a massive plus for anyone!! Definitely worth trying for yourself.

Absolutely working for me
First and foremost this is absolutely working for me [- i have little to no hunger most of the time and have lost 4kg in 5 weeks, and that is 4kg that would not shift prior to this, even when i tried mounjaro (which had loads of side effects including insomnia for me which was awful!). Still requires some mental effort not to drift into bad eating habits at times, but not being hungry most of the time helps massively. I'm really pleased and also found delivery very quick and efficient and response to any queries also.

Noticeable improvement
I am one month in and can definitely feel a positive change. I've never been a very big eater or had a huge appetite but the 'food noise' which I never fully understood is gone and I am fuller much quicker - I am eating half the portions I used to. I also have a noticeable reduction in cravings for sugary treats. My stomach is good/calm and I experience zero heartburn. I am enjoying this way of being.

Gut health vastly improved - feeling so much better!
Following 14 years of chronic gut pain and symptoms, I started Elcella 9 weeks ago and I’ve seen a tremendous improvement in my gut. I couldn’t leave the house without a pack of Rennies before and now I barely take one - my acid reflux and inflammation is way down. Energy levels are up, cravings are better controlled and my waist line looks leaner. It takes time, I see changes each week, you have to stick with it and give your gut the time to heal and improve.

I’ve had a really fabulous experience with Elcella. Having taken 8 tablets a day in order to get the full benefit of the capsules I’m now taking only 4 as a maintainance. I’ve lost 12 kilos in weight and feel much more energetic as a result .Some unexpected differences include the improvement in my allergies which I can’t explain but I used to take a daily antihistamine and haven’t needed one for over 6 months. The most amazing change has been in my taste buds which crave fruit and nuts where I used to reach for crisps and biscuits .

Single male mid 30s, keen traveller
Male mid 30s. I have been taking Elcella for 2-3 months now. What struck me compared to other weight loss products / drugs I have used in the past is its versatility of using it. I am a keen traveller and I wanted to lose weight for holidays / mini breaks. I had been taking it for a few weeks and noticed weight loss - leaner, flatter stomach etc. ready for a holiday. When I was on holiday, I had taken a break from elcella and whilst my appetite and cravings had reduced I still enjoyed my meals whether it be in the hotel or in the restaurants and enjoy the full extent of my holiday without worrying on what I was eating. Nevertheless coming back from holiday I put on a bit of weight but not as much as I would on my past holidays and went back on elcella. Within a few weeks I was able to lose the weight I gained from holiday and still be on course for the weight I wanted to lose further. I would never be able to do this on previous weight loss supplements / drugs I have taken in the past and would recommend Elcella for what I experienced as short term and long term goals of weight loss. There was no faff, took the same amount of tablets I did before and saw results. Previous weight loss products I had to change my doses and / or frequency of use which made the weight loss experience complicated and frustrating as I didn’t know if it was being effective. Elcella was easy and simple and I will continue to use it to benefit my lifestyle and travels.

I chose to take this instead of Mounjaro because I was concerned about the side effects. I did notice a slight reduction in my appetite; however, I didn’t lose any weight. This may have been due to overeating or drinking at the weekends.
After three months without any weight loss, I decided to switch to Mounjaro instead, and I’ve managed to lose a little weight since making the change.
My main criticism of Elcella is the price, which I find rather high.

Some people don't see results in the first month or so- it takes consistent dosage of 4 capsules twice a day for the full 12 weeks to give your gut the best chance of responding. Elcella is a completely natural, nutrient-based formulation, encapsulated in patented technology allowing delivery to the lower gut, where the nutrients deposited have been scientifically and clinically proven to increase the body's own GLP-1 and PYY (fullness-signalling) hormones. This approach is gentle, but steady, so results will not be as quick as synthetic approaches, however much safer. I am so happy with Elcella
I have been taking Elcella for 16 weeks now and I have lost 7kg and 13cm from my waistline. It took at least 6 weeks for me to start seeing results, as it does with any weight loss method. First measurable change was the cm's from my waist. I have found this to be the most sustainable method I've used before as I don't really have to think about it. The changes felt subtle at first but day by day I could feel my food preferences and habits shifting. The first thing I noticed was feeling full much quicker, so I naturally was eating less. It has also helped significantly with food noise! I have no food noise now whatsoever. I had a phone call with the Elcella team who were extremely helpful throughout my whole experience. I have now subscribed ongoing and I can't wait to see what else this journey brings!

No noticeable difference after 3 weeks
Unfortunately I had no noticeable difference to appetite after 3 weeks of use. I understand it takes time to build up but the lack of any change after 3 weeks use and the high cost of the subscription have forced me to cancel my subscription, I can’t afford to spend another 200 if I have no confidence in the product working. My advice is to offer low cost for first 2 months so users get to see a result (if it does work)
