I picked up Elcella while I was over in London and, to be honest, weight loss wasn’t really my goal - what I wanted was to get a handle on my sugar cravings, which had been driving me a bit mad. From the very first days I noticed a difference. It wasn’t that my appetite dropped dramatically, but the pull towards something sweet just eased off.
What worked particularly well for me was timing the doses so they’d be at peak effect around the times of day when I’d usually cave in - mid-afternoon and after dinner, mainly. That made a real difference.
A couple of other things I wasn’t expecting: I started drinking more water almost without thinking about it, and I felt noticeably more energetic day to day. Both of those settled in over the following weeks and have stuck.
I’ve lost a bit of weight along the way, which is a nice bonus, but the main win for me is that my relationship with sugar feels manageable for the first time in ages. Pleased I gave it a go.

Elcella has been an invaluable aid in my weightloss journey. I started last June and to date I have lost 50lbs . I chose the calorie deficit route and an achievable monthly goal. Elcella made it so easy for me. No food noise and no hunger despite the smaller meals. I would highly recommend it .

I started at 67kg and I’m now down to 61kg. What I really appreciate is that the weight loss has felt gradual and sustainable, not extreme or unrealistic. There were definitely moments where I felt like nothing was changing and the scale wasn’t moving, which was discouraging at times. But I stuck with it, trusted the process, and eventually started seeing results.

Looking at social media with celebrities looking different and using other brands. You want to find something natural and genuine. Elcella is it !!!! Works with the Gut honestly I feel more confident when looking at food especially my snacking. Worth every penny!!!

I combined Elcella with portion control and a healthy diet and noticed that my waistband was getting looser faster than I expected after about 5 weeks. The Elcella tablets are quite large (which I don’t mind) but I find them easy to take twice a day and simple to carry around. I love the fact that this is natural and injection free! There is also helpful support available from the Elcella team.

I started Elcella for weight loss. I'd been trying, together with a friend, to lose weight for a couple of years or more without much success. Then the weight loss injections arrived, my friend started using them and I searched for a natural alternative which is how I found Elcella.

I started at 11.3 stone and am now 9.9 stone, I have around half a stone left to lose. Initially I didn't notice any definite effects compared to my friend who was losing weight rapidly, but gradually, I noticed that I didn't want to eat as often or as much as before. It's interesting because mentally, I can still feel like eating sugary foods for example but once I actually start eating them I have to stop as I don't like the texture/flavour. It's like the mental eating habits are deeply ingrained so are taking longer to fade but physically, I no longer want to eat processed foods. I think this is the biggest change I've noticed as I've always loved sugary foods, white bread, cakes etc anything doughy but now I don't like the texture and most things are far too sweet.

My friend lost weight rapidly but with side effects and has now put a large amount back on and so still struggling with food cravings. This way is slower but I think will be permanent as what I want to eat has changed completely.

It's only been two weeks, but so far a positive experience. I've noticed that I’m a bit less interested in food - especially in snacks. I find I’m less tempted to finish my food if I’m already full or not enjoying it. Also, I’ve always had a sensitive gut, but that also seems to have improved. I’m looking forward to seeing how things progress. Even if I don’t lose weight, but my gut improvements stay as they are, I’d consider it a success.

It was also nice to receive a call from one of the founders to see how I’m getting on - she gave me some tailored dosing advice based on my particular meal habits etc. Overall, I’d recommend giving it a try if you can afford it!

I started taking the capsules in December 2025 and spoke to Elcella after approx 6 weeks when nothing had changed. I was encouraged to continue for the full three months and adjust the time I was taking them. I explained that I was looking to lose 3-4kg and that my weight was at the top end of the healthy BMI range. They then inferred that the capsules may not be as successful given my situation - however I was encouraged to continue, I asked to have statistics re how many people on the trial started to lose weight only after three months. These were not provided.
I think the marketing should make clear that those seeking a modest weight loss may not find the product helpful if this is the case. For me it was an expensive waste of money.

I was excited to try Elcella after seeing all the positive media articles in autumn 2025 and have been taking it consistently for about 4 months.
I'm afraid to say that, for me - and despite following the programme as instructed - it's had no weight loss and no size loss effects whatsoever. I'm exactly the same weight and waist size as when I started.
After about the 8 or 9 week-mark (ie about £400-worth of capsules), with not a glimmer of improvement, I began to feel quite annoyed and a bit tricked, but kept going, in case I was one of the slow ones. I even did the 12-week phone call check-in. This wasn't very helpful because, as I had come to suspect, Elcella doesn't know why it seems to work for some people and not for others. The advice was, not unsurprisingly, "keep going with the capsules".
Despite the attractive photos of the founders in white lab coats on the marketing materials, I came to understand that the actual science on who Elcella works for is very limited. There are no published clinical trials, just a small "consumer" trial of 50 people, of whom only 34 completed. In essence, we - the first-mover product users - are the experimental data and paying Elcella for the privilege.
Sadly, very disappointing. For me, a triumph of marketing over science.

I am a menopausal woman and have bern struggling with my weight over the past 10 years. My diet is generally good. I do intermittent fasting and generally eat low carb. My activity level is moderate. Over the last 10 years I have slowly increased my weight by 30 pounds despite my efforts and constant hunger.
I have tried every diet but have been resistant to try the GLP1 injections given the scary side effects that are listed. In the past, the diets I have tried have been a struggle with very slow weight loss and a general sense of deprivation and constant hunger.
Elcella has been a god send. It has removed the food noise and allowed me to control my food portions and snacking, especially in the evenings. The best impact is that I feel calm and satiated and food is no longer a daily focus.
My energy levels are good and energy is even during the day without the mid-afternoon dips. My sleep is better and my general mood is improved.
My hair is thicker, my ability to focus on activities is better. I’m energetic, and look forward to my days. The best part is that unlike GLP1’s, I still enjoy food very much, but can eat less without feeling deprived or nauseous.
I started taking Elcella on January 1st and have lost 16 pounds in 10 weeks. Unlike GLP1, the weight loss is fat and not muscle as I am able to prioritize protein intake. It is wonderful feeling that I know I can continue doing this easily until I lose all my excess weight.
There are plateau periods but since I’m not suffering, it is not a problem and eventually the weight loss continues. I am currently on vacation in Italy. In the past this would have been a big problem for my weight. For the first time ever, I am feeling in control and while I’m enjoying the delicious food, my portions are limited.
I highly recommend Elcella for anyone who is serious about losing weight, but wants to do so gently, healthily and sustainably.

Coming to the end of my 12 week course and I’ve lost 9lbs from a starting BMI of 24. I don’t think Elcella is a miracle worker (I did watch what I was eating) but it’s a very useful tool. It made portion control and minimising snacking much easier. It really helped with my digestion, too. Giving 5 stars as it did work as advertised! Just wish it could be cheaper as I’d love to take a maintenance dose forever but can’t afford to keep it up!

Ive been on Elcella for about 10 weeks. I havent actually lost much weight yet, but the constant food noise has majorly reduced and i feel great. I used to be constantly thinking about my next meal, now I actually have time for other thoughts! My increased productivity is definitely down to Elcella and im really looking forward to starting to see the weightloss results that i'm sure are coming.

I thought the effects were subtle, but I have lost 7cm off my waist so far over the past couple of months! I’m losing weight gradually, but can tell I’m retaining muscle mass as I’m still able to push myself weight lifting in the gym. A strong positive effect outside of this is the boost to my mood, I just feel better day-to-day and notice when I miss a dose. I’ll be continuing on Awaken for another 3 months to strengthen the results so far, and then will consider dropping the dosage.

Slightly to my surprise, I have found Elcella to be extremely useful in quelling the demands of appetite. I have largely stopped snacking and have now lost nearly 8 kg in the first three months. It desn't dispense with willpower, but I feel confident that I can reach my weight goal and maintain it.

I’m just over 8 weeks on Elcella and I have to admit, I’ve not been very disciplined about monitoring my food intake or exercise in that time, so I hadn’t expected to see much difference in my weight or size. I decided to measure myself before deciding whether to keep going and I was very happy to see I’ve mysteriously lost over 2 inches around my waist and dropped 2.5kg. I didn’t expect that as I’ve not been making much effort and been eating quite badly! On reflection I think I’ve been snacking less without realising and not finishing all my meals which is unheard of for me. So now I’m wondering what difference it’ll make if I actually make more effort to eat well and exercise more. I have re-ordered and fingers crossed for more improvements to come. A huge plus point for me is knowing I’m putting natural ingredients in my body to support my system in operating as it should - I personally struggle with synthetic medications. And one final note to say everyone I’ve spoken with at Elcella has been lovely and so easy to deal with.

Complete waste of time and money. Saw none of the promised loss of 'food noise', no reduced snacking or appetite. Over 12 weeks of taking Elcella I didn't lose any weight - in fact I put on 2kg.

Gave up half way through the course. Absolutely no effect. Waste of money.
