EKemp Redundancy Claims Limited (“EKemp”), a family business, is an FCA regulated claims management company specialising in director redundancy claims made via the Redundancy Payments Service (“RPS”) upon an insolvency event. EKemp was founded by Elaine Camm in 1995 upon leaving her managerial position at the RPS, becoming the first bespoke director redundancy consultancy in the UK. You may also be interested to know that her role at the RPS involved attending the Employment Tribunal on behalf of the Secretary of State to oppose appeals from directors’ whose claims had been rejected in the first instance by the RPS. So, you might say that she is a poacher turned gamekeeper! Importantly, EKemp operates a strict no win no fee policy meaning that there is no financial risk to you in choosing to have Elaine and her wealth of experience on your side.

Exceptional Company That Ensured I Received My Redundancy Payments
I was given EKEMP telephone number when I was going through one of the toughest times of my life. I was having to shut down my business which I had run for 15 years. The stress of letting staff go whilst at the same time shutting down my business was overwhelming.
I decided to call EKEMP and spoke to Elaine, I knew from the second I spoke to her she was professional and new her trade. She was also so sympathetic to my situation and helped me to be less stressed.
With everything else going on in my life I decided to employ EKEMP to apply for my redundancy package (something I didn't realise I was entitled to) and also my holiday pay and notice payments (again something I didn't realise I was entitled to).
Throughout the whole process Elaine called me and talked me through everything, She spent so much time explaining everything and never once did I feel she was rushing me.
I'm writing this review because EKEMP managed to get me everything I was entitled to, I'm not going to put the amount on here but it was in excess of £12,000 (that figure was after their fees).
If you find yourself in a similar situation as me don't hesitate to contact them, it will be the best thing you can do.

Just use them!
Just use them. Very swift and had an ease of working that has been lost on most companies in recent years. Oh, and the case value lurched up a respectable chunk of money from the initial forecast.

Very straight forward they took all the hassle/pain away from what could have been a time consuming complex situation.
If I had done it myself easy to make a mistake and end up with nothing.
The fee was value for money, leveraging of their expertise.
Paid promptly directly into my account.
I never had to chase it up once.
Would strongly recommend you use them.
