It’s a difficult time for a director when you have to close the doors and make your whole team redundant. There is more than enough to do for the creditors meeting etc . So it was great to get introduced to EKEMP so that I could leave all the work on my claim with them. They dealt with the persistent questions from the case officer.They were on top of the redundancy service people and eventually all directors claims were accepted but only after EKEMP reached out to a senior manager who then confirmed our eligibility in one day. I believe without this intervention my claim might have been rejected and then I would have had to go to a tribunal with hefty legal costs. I recommend that all directors use EKEMP who have the experience and contacts to make sure your claim is successful.
