I would give this company a 0 if they had it My daughter ordered 2 pairs of cargo trousers, for one they weren’t even the right colour and when tried on one pair they didn’t fit her . So she returned them both one packet she did not even open them as same size. She gets an email saying she will not he getting a refund as the clothes where dirty and they are destroying them ?
I can assure you those trousers were spotless when they were returned I packaged them myself . I have asked for for them to be returned to myself and I shall re sale them as if one packet was not opened they have charged her and kept them with no refund . Now looking on all these reviews it seems to me that every ones items are dirty when returned?
This is theft I want my daughters clothes returned asap or refunded or I am going to trading standards !!
Ripping off young people my daughter is at college and works hard for her money for these thieves to take and not refund !!!

Paid extra for next day delivery but no item.. just loads of emails for marketing...

I ordered a t shirt with wash grey effect, wore it then washed it, the colour ran it ended in being black t shirt… I sent back explained I had worn it and they said they have bloody disposed of it and no refund because it’s been worn… told them it had been worn once but after washing it colour run…..

Ordered a pair of shoes only for all the stitching to come out on one of them. Contacted ego and they promised a new pair to be sent out, a month on still no new pair and a further 3 emails sent, all to be ignored. Shocking company, AVOID

I bought a pair of shoes and I was very excited to get them. When I opened the parcel, I find out that not only are the wrong model but the wrong size as well, not to consider that the pair I got is half the price of my original order.
Btw the seams are unbelievably cheap, the shoe is light brown but the seams are black as they left them exposed.
Will never buy from them again

Terrible company. Ordered shoes they didn't get dispatched for ages, when they eventually did turned up in the wrong colour. Asked for refund only offered a part refund ; which I didn't want. Saod they send out a return label which never turnt up.

I ordered a pink bag from who the other week and was really excited for it to arrive , when it arrived it was green !!!!!!!!! I demanded a refund but only got 20% back which is ridiculous and I couldn’t even exchange it for a pink one , very disappointed in this shop and won’t be buying from it AGAIN !!!!!

I placed an order on the 11th December, its now the 19th with no dispatch email, and the money has been taken, I am not impressed these are a Christmas gift and now they won't be here in time, it's a disgrace especially at Christmas you are letting people down.

They do not deliver and correspondence is lie after lie get all the influences to post and they have them and then don't deliver to those that order off the back of it.

Buyer beware, unlikely you'll ever get a delivery! Take your money then lie and say they were out of stock and are on backorder. Or they are being dispatched that day! Turns out they don't have any just taking your money with no available stock.

I'm reporting as a scam!! And will let all the other customers waiting of todays new lie via Instagram DM

Don't waste your money

I am fed up with ego. First there heels are unwalkable so I thought there regular winter shoes would be different. I thought wrong they hurt so bad what the actual hell. Terrible company will not buy from them again they are lucky u cannot write reviews on their actual page because I would warn others. Don’t let there cheap prices fool u.

I placed an order and paid for next day delivery. Got a confirmation email, but it is now 5 days later. No delivery.
Their reply was in my spam folder. Apparently the item is out of stock and will be sent out on the 15th Aug. It would have been nice to know at the ordering stage, then I would not have opted for next day delivery!

I made an order today
The order was not dispatched
And now it’s saying the has suspected fraud
But the money was debited from my account
Why? And how?
Please solve this

The Return policy is a little inconvenient but I was helped with getting my order switched to the right size before it was shipped. One thing I’d say is it takes a while to get a shipping # email I’ve been waiting on mine for about a month now. Not bad customer service but if you need something in a hurry maybe try something else but I would recommend the site

My daughter ordered next day delivery on 3.5.22 before 10pm . Had the confirmation order e mail but NOTHING since. Impossible to contact anybody . DO NOT ORDER from this co .

USA CUSTOMERS , DO NOT BUY from this store . Yes the shoes are cute but there are other sites that sell the same thing without a ridiculous return shipping fee. I bought a pair of shoes for 40$ and they were too big so I wanted to return them , however EGO wanted me to pay 29$ for them to be sent back lol, just so they can re sell them full price . There’s public desire , simmi shoes , PLT , just anywhere else is better than this place .

I placed my order on Monday and it stated 2-4 working days so I expected it to be here by Friday. I still as of this afternoon hadn’t received a dispatch email so I was slightly worried it wouldn’t be here within them timescales. I then started reviewing online and there was some reviews with delays due to Black Friday orders where some people had waited 2 weeks so I did start to stress about them not being here on time however they were still within the timescales of delivery. I then emailed there customer service desk who replied to me in an hour where they, as a good will gesture, even though they hadn’t caused any delay to my parcel, had upgraded my parcel shipping to express and advised they would send it out as soon as possible. I then have received an email about half an hour ago advising it has now been dispatched so I am very happy overall with the service team and it goes to show that you shouldn’t be put off by a couple of delayed reviews!

Ordered from this site 4 weeks ago, never received a dispatch email.
Emailed Customer service and been back and forth the past 4 week, when I asked why i didn’t receive a dispatch email or why my tracking number dosent work I don’t get an email back.
I also emailed for a refund and no email back.

Really poor customer service.

J’ai passé 2 commandes le 24 et le 25 novembre et payé les frais de livraison pour les recevoir en 2-3 jours ouvrables. Après 12 jours j’ai reçu la commande du 25 novembre mais pas celle du 24 et je n’ai aucune explication à part « elle sera bientôt envoyée ». Je ne sais pas jusque quand je suis censée attendre !

Customer service unprofessional and staff quite abrupt in their email replies.

Excellent customer service. Wrong shoes were delivered which I appreciate these things happen. Contacted customer services and they responded immediately and resolved the issue very quickly. They were professional and polite.
