I placed an order(10 kg of women's jumpers grade A) in December 2025 as a gift for a friend who owns a small reseller business. Three weeks later, I still had not received my order. I contacted the company, and the person who answered the phone said he would check and get back to me, but he never did.

I called again about five days later and was told that my order had been sent on the 24th of December and that he would check with DHL and get back to me. I contacted DHL directly, and they confirmed that they had never received the parcel, only a request for the shipping label.

I then called again to request a refund, but my calls were not answered. I subsequently sent a message requesting a refund and explained that DHL had never received the parcel. I was informed that I would be refunded; however, unfortunately, I never received my money back.

I am very disappointed due to the loss of money and time, and I also had to search for an alternative gift for my friend.
Definitely, I don't recommend this company.

This was my first time ordering, and unfortunately I’ve been left very disappointed and won’t be ordering again, which is a shame as I was generally pleased with the bundle I did receive.

I ordered two bundles:

10kg bundle of ladies’ sweaters

5kg bundle of kids’ clothing

My order was processed and shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. However, I only received the ladies’ sweater bundle. I contacted the company immediately to ask whether the kids’ bundle was being sent separately, but I received no response.

In total, I contacted them three times and all of my messages were ignored. As a result, I had no option but to raise a chargeback through my bank.

Very poor communication and customer service, which has unfortunately overshadowed what could have been a positive experience.

I bought a 55kg bale of kids summer clothes 0-12 years and I received my order. Clothes says grade A. Basically I can't really complain when I think about the price I bought this bale for.. there was mix of nice children clothes, the only disappointing thing is that it wasn't actually only summer clothes as described, i found quite lots of winter clothes too and another thing I didn't like is that they actually do used kids underwear too which I don't think it's hygienic so I binned those and some of the items had holes in it I binned those too, there's quite ammount of stuff that has stains in it which I didn't find really nice but in total considering the price I paid I can say there is really plenty of clothes in good condition that will make me some profit so in total after I see negative and positive sides I am happy with my purchase. Most likely I will consider buying it again. Seller kept his word and sent it on the day he said he will and it came to my address on the day he said it will. It would actually be nice if there was a tracking number so I could follow it myself and have some estimate hours expectation as it's heavy parcel. I would recommend this seller.
