Ordered a top that was too small for $34. Returning it costs $29. So I’m getting a refund of $5? Use a reputable brand and stay away from this junk.

I recently sent back a top given the sizing was too large in which ego stated they ‘weren’t providing a refund given the top had makeup on.’ This was tried on by my 14 year old daughter, whom the top was bought for, and doesn’t wear makeup. When we have tried to explain they have told us they can, ‘send back the top for free,’ although the reason we sent this back was the sizing so this wouldn’t be worn. We are yet to receive any form of fair compensation and am writing the review given the lack of care for customers and consumers rights and to warn others of their inappropriate behaviour.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots normal delivery fee, came in expected time frame , they only cost £5 each and also got first order discount . Very happy , boots are nice and comfortable arrived well packaged , boots each in dust bag in shoe boxes and in perfect condition . Back country boots size 6

I made a purchase about 1-2 weeks ago through the egoshoes.co.uk website, the payment was made and the money was taken from my account and no order was placed! I have proof of payment, the prints everything!! I sent them an email to question what happened, they answered me the first messages and then they didn't answer anymore! SNEERS! You won't stay here because I'm going to file a complaint with the police.

My daughter ordered from them. Payment said it failed, but she was debited. 2-3 weeks arguing with them, showing screenshots of the payment, and then being sent back random card details "they can see were used" and refusing to refund. Complete joke, fraud case raised with the Bank. Don't use!!!!

I have purchased a pair of shoes, after I received them they were too small and the quality was terrible, so I decided to return them. Had to pay 2.99 for return label, and after returning them I have received the email that apparently shoes are dirty and they will not refund me and if I want them back I need to pay 5.99. There were 2 photos as evidence really blurred but showing completely brand new shoes. I have replied that clearly I haven't been wearing them as they are too small I have just opened a parcel to try them, and since that time I haven't heard back so I assume my money is already gone. Just wanna warn anybody else thinking about buying !

terrible seriously especially how you have to pay for delivery plus returns etc l paid for next day delivery 5.99 and it wasn't even delivered next day plus the returns fee as well plus their clothes are cheaply made poor quality

Scammers!!! Places my order 2 weeks ago, never received any package and they don’t respond my emails, worst experience with online purchase ever! Just wasted my money!

Really bad customer service! Not received my order, every day they just sending me tracking order and saying is in transit but they even not shipped yet! And saying if I not receive my order contact with them in 72h is a joke. That was my first time ordering from them and last one !

Recieved poor quality shoes. Had to contact via email 6 times before I got a response. They said over 28 days time limit to return. They were the ones late to send, and then respond. Appalling customer service. Appalling quality.

I ordered items and waited over a month without delivery,then decided to contact them. They promised to resend the goods, claiming it’s missing,i still didn’t receive anything.Meanwhile,they claimed it was delivered. Only for me to get back to them and they said the goods were returned by to the sender, and that when they received it, they will refund me.They haven’t refund my money.They will send you a link of fake Royal Mail delivery.Beware guys!!!They are scammers.

I received the Ciroc gladiator sandals on the 24.06.23. They looked nice and i was initially happy. However after trying them it was evident they were not properly made. The straps were too short and the holes dis not go all the way through. This meant the ut has been a constant struggle to buckle them up. Also everytime I wore them for the first month, they left the bottom of my feet black as the paint rubbed off. They also squeaked when i walked. Fast forward to today the shows have completely fallen apart as shown in the images. I paid full price at the time of purchase for these shoes which cost £28 without postage and packaging. They are now selling for £10 and they are not even worth it. How do shoes fall apart after 11 weeks?

I ordered a dress from this company which was apparently delivered by Royal Mail to my address. The photo in tracking doesn’t even show where exactly but looks just as if the parcel was placed on a table top. I could not locate my parcel since 26/8/2023 and have written thrice to this company asking for assistance but they have just ignored my mails. They don’t care once they take the payment.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item and Angelique assisted me with a VERY SPEEDY order cancellation/refund so I could order the correct item!

I’m absolutely shocked by this companies terrible customer service. Upon sending a return I was refused a refund due to an item being marked. I assured them this was not me several times however, I was still refused my own money back despite returning the item in its original state I received it in, with tags intact. To add insult to the injury they offered to send me the item back if I paid another £4 for postage. As if I hadn’t already been robbed!

I ordered some clothes and shoes. After waiting a week I receive an email saying “your return has been accepted” when I never even got my order to even start a return process. Honestly a huge scam! Don’t buy!

I’m sorry I actually had to give 1 star! I would have given 0 if i could!! Total scammers! Don’t order!! I ordered a pair if shoes, wore them in house for half hour and decided too uncomfortable so returned to be told they would dispose of shoes unless i paid for the postage as they were not refunding due to having been worn! Clearly we not allowed to try shoes on anymore! Shocking service, will never ever order again from this joke of a company

Awful company! Wore shoes once and the sole completely collapsed making them totally unwearable. Reported the fault & sent pictures but they are refusing to refund/replace due to ‘the returns department will have to dispose of them’?! Please don’t buy from this company. Complete scammers!

Please do not order from this company! I can’t believe the way they think they can treat their customers. And from reading reviews they are clearly getting away with it. Charging over £50 for the clothes not being in “resealable condition” they didn’t even email me to let me know I had to email them to find out about my refund. They said the clothing will be “disposed” off! Over £50 worth of clothing disposes of where do they think people have this kind of money and ignored over six replies asking for the clothes to be sent back! Will be taking this further and tell everyone I know to not order from this embarrassing excuse of a business, won’t be long till there in the ground by the reviews
