Really great experience ordering from these guys.
My purchase was for a bag in size (Large) it arrived promptly within the time frame described.
However I did receive the wrong size (Small) as part of a packing error. I emailed them to make them aware and they dispatched the correct item and it arrived the following day.
They've organised collection for the wrong item as well so was happy I didn't have to arrange that by myself.
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Spyderco UK Pen Knife and received a Spyderco Squeak instead (a considerably smaller knife worth £25 less).
They promptly handled the issue on the next working day, arranging collection of the wrong knife and sending out the correct one.
For my troubles, they included a free Spyderco t-shirt, worth £24.
