Always best when asking for a review to tell poeple to tell the truth or be constructive.If you dont like your review dont show it .Sure thats how it works anyway.If i pay for a service,i expect you to do what you have.True measure of how good a company is with its customers,is often when something hasnt gone as requested.That i can say i cant comment on as i had a quick effectively trouble free order and delivery.
With great communication of its story as in tracking etc.
So thats why you get five this time.
But its what i expect at end of day .I paid you delivered,' you did what it said on the can '.
Result of you expected service is i will use you again.Thats a win win.
If you feel you want a pat on the back for doing whats required ,well how do react if it doesnt go well?
That i can not review, nor hope to find out.
But thats the ultimate measure of your service surely.
That all to one side.Quick delivery correct item ,good condition ,good tracking and communication.Excellent 10 out of 10.
Flip your opening remark about honest reviews constructive comments.
If you do or i had an issue i dont feel the customer should even from outset have to cover the return postage of an item that they may for whatever reason unhappy to keep.That cost should be yours especially as the customer as in my case paid for delivery first place. That on his own stands out as wanting your cake and eating it all rather than share being fair and honest.
Customer has a right to return aby free post when that post was paid by customer for delivery.
Infact you should maybe concider paying delivery in first place ( without marking up price ,).
Strange world when you need to remind a customer how best to respond.
We the customer takes the risks not you.
Shows a lack of confidence in your own service in my opinion.Trust works both ways.

I received my items very quickly and they were exactly what I wanted. There was an issue with my delivery address but this was promptly resolved once highlighted.
