Total scammers. Brandon told me he charges $500 for an 8 week group membership, then an optional $97/month if I wanted to keep going. When I noticed he was charging me $500/A WEEK, I was super confused but gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked to be refunded the extra charges. He did not apologize or even explain that I had unknowingly signed up for a subscription, instead he gave me the run around for a week before finally refunding me $1000 and saying that he would resume charging me weekly in two weeks!! So shady. STAY AWAY!!

Chandler and Brandon are super helpful. They have lots of experience and I feel like I can rely on their judgement and compass. One thing I would highlight to the person reading this is that they always keep the conversation going in the mentorship which is huge in helping me stay on track, or even think of more stuff that I would not have thought of maybe if I ever feel in a lull. They are extremely receptive and understanding. I would recommend their mentorship program to anyone who is serious about starting an online store.

This money making scheme is a complete rip off. Stay away!

Their response was that they had no record of my purchase, but my cc has a different story. ($9.99 per month.) They charged me for months and I could never find out where their locations was, Florida, Connecticut. Try to find them!!! They had a comment with my name which is inappropriate and with their comment, hahah, they must think this is funny, when it is NOT! Buyer beware!

These guys are amazing! Brandon and Chandler’s experiences and success stories is what hooked me. They have real passion in what they teach and do. What more can you ask for? They have already done the hard part for you! I love the one-on-one mentoring, weekly live classes and support. Give these guys a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

I really appreciate the fact that these guys are taking on quite the responsibility. Every other "mentorship" was just poorly edited videos that left me with more questions than when I started. This course has allowed me to ask questions and see examples with 2 guys who have made millions with ecommerce. They have live classes and Q and As every week along with contests and give aways. Way above and beyond anything else that ive seen in other courses.
Yes, sometimes it takes a day or 2 for them to respond. It isnt often but I understand since they have other students to respond to plus they are married with kids so I get it.
This isnt pitched as a "get rich quick" scam at all. They are honest and let you know that it takes a few months to gain traction and the key is consistency, just like anything else worth going for.
I have made enough after 6 months to quit my job and do ecommerce full time. That is a lot more than my bachelor degree ever gave me lol.

I come from having bad experiences with Done For You Services and another mentorship that wasn't of that much value. I was quite skeptical as a result but Brandon was very understanding and was willing to talk over the phone. I told him all my concerns and he addressed all of them. The team is very responsive and there are lots of resources to help you succeed. The mentorship seems definitely worth it to me.

These guys are next level. To start, their step by step course is very informative and covers everything you need to know when starting in the e-commerce world, also, their 1-1 mentorship is outstanding l, always there to hear your questions/problems and always there to give their solutions. Highly recommend !

I love what Brandon & Chandler are doing. I’ve spent thousands on many e-com courses in the past that turned out to be absolute garbage. This one I can confidently say is worth every penny. I love the 1-on-1 mentorship offered and all the valuable videos. Really the videos are just a plus, the meat of this program is being able to ask 7-figure e-commerce moguls any kind of questions and getting useful answers and guidance. I could not be happier with this course.

I have been working with these guys for a few months now. They have been amazing. They help me and guide me with any questions or issues that I have. I have been in 2 other mentorships prior to this one which failed miserably. These guys have gone above and beyond. I have actually had success and generated real sales following what they teach! Excited for what the future has in store working with them!

I came into this space with no knowledge, I joined Ecom family with Brandon and Chandler, in hopes of finding some answers and some guidance in this path.

And now I’ve quit my job and fully invested into my brand(s) I’ve created! I will say, this requires dedication and what you think you know needs to be set aside. This ONLY works if you follow them, and watch every class, listen to them in your one on one! I would guarantee it works if you do that. There is no “try” you just need to do it, put the effort in, and you will be rewarded. This isn’t “click click click… millionaire” it takes work and if you don’t want to run a business, work from anywhere, and put forth the effort this isn’t for you! Brandon and Chandler are there to help, not put you down, listen to what they say, take their advice!

Active 1-on-1 help from Brandon and Chandler. Monday night classes as well and they will do above and beyond what I paid for. This has been a great experience and I look forward to big things in the future with them.

I came into this with a great mindset. I worked my butt off and it payed off. They were there Monday-Saturday for me every time of the day. If I have any feedback is that they should charge more for this!! The difference between me and everyone else Is that I put the work in and grind 💪.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. As the other commenter mentioned, they will make you refute to your bank the charges. They automate messages, give almost no helpful advice, take days to respond, and much more. I have contacted them several times about them charging me after I paused my membership and each time they have stopped contacting me. They have scammed me for well over $500 and I will be reporting them to my bank as fraud. Never buy this ever.

EDIT: IT LOOKS LIKE BRANDON AND CHANDLER MADE A FAKE ACCOUNT TO MAKE OTHER REVIEWS HERE LOOK BAD. Regardless of what you think about this program, the facts are that they stole from me and cut off communication when I confronted them about it. Whatever you do, do not use this scammer’s service.
