Well, I can tell you this much. The first week I was in I wanted out. The false promises and the lies. I would not recommend this mentorship at all—many young kids. They need to do some business training to deal with people. Also, Brandon gave me a big spill on how his team is the best. Nope, 1 star. Also, Kaleb Gibbs thank you for not giving my email like I asked.

They will take your money and give you nothing but a headache. I just want to tell you Ecom Family aka poor mentorship. Thanks for the false promises.

So I see a few super good reviews almost too good to be true and some dismal reviews that are calling them scammers…those are BS. I am Greg Hardy and got their basic program and they are clear that they will point you in the trends that will produce the beat results with proper research and good old fashioned effort on your part. If you put in the work you will likely make money, but you have to follow their instructions and work the program. Don’t be lazy, see the forest and refine. I liked the program, my challenge is that they are on an EST timeline and I live in PST. However I learned a lot and turn profits, but it’s hard work and if you’re lazy or entitled, this is not the program for you. If you are willing to work hard and step out of your comfort zone to succeed, this might be just right dor you. My unbiased opinion, and I’m not bot , that’s for sure. Mr and Mrs Ecom are great resources to have.

My experience with Brandon Parry and Ecomm Family has been deeply disappointing and far from what was promised. Despite their presentation as a God-driven and successful organization, my interactions with them have revealed significant misrepresentation, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism.

Brandon sold me on the idea of a highly personalized, hands-on experience, claiming he and his team would work directly with me 1:1 to ensure my eCommerce store was fully operational by Black Friday. This was a blatant misrepresentation. The so-called "1:1 support" turned out to be nothing more than messages in a Discord chat, with no meaningful engagement or guidance.

To make matters worse, clients are locked into a $5,000 contract with 100% financing. Brandon reassures clients that his team will handle everything—from running ads to selecting products and writing copy—but in reality, these critical tasks are outsourced. This approach undermines the very trust and expertise that clients are paying for.

After signing up, I attempted multiple times to have a direct conversation with Brandon to clarify expectations and address concerns. Instead, I was handed off to subordinates who had only been with the company for eight months and lacked the experience to provide the level of support I was promised. Brandon himself was too busy to engage personally, despite his earlier assurances of accessibility.

It is abundantly clear to me that this organization operates with a "bait-and-switch" model, luring in clients with lofty promises and delivering subpar, outsourced services. For anyone considering working with Brandon Parry and Ecomm Family—especially those new to eCommerce—I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This has been one of the most frustrating and disheartening business experiences I’ve ever encountered, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Over the years of working closely with Brandon and Chandler on many business adventures, I can't recommend them enough! Ecomfamily is so unique in its own incredible way; educational, inspirational, GENUINE, and so impactful for anyone's life because it definitely has been for mine. I joined ecom family in late September after seeing an ad on IG. I was a little skeptical at first but after over an hour on the phone I got to know the company and what they can do for individuals like myself. I signed up and the team and I immediately got to work. They helped me select a winning product and set up my online store. Less than a month later I was able to secure a spot on the ecom cruise with the ecom family and have one on one mentorship with the team. During this time I learned several valuable skills and knowledge to implement into my store and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the team, learning and becoming acquainted with everyone. I’m looking forward to this journey and meeting up with the whole ecom family on the next one on one. Definitely recommend the genius and dedication from Brandon and Chandler. Great guys with a dedicated staff!

We had a wonderful time working one on one with the Ecom team. They are top notch and a very skilled team! When they say we are family they mean it, everyone helped everyone and shared not only knowledge but anything anyone needed someone was willing to share. I would highly encourage anyone to join this team. If you get a chance to meet in person do it!

I’m not a bot at all. Once again… save your money, i don’t know how these people sleep at night, what comes around goes around. Glad they failed to take my money and I am writing this in hopes that they find it in their hearts to stop what they are doing and live an honest life they can look back on one day. If money is the only care in your life (Brandon and Chandler) If those are even your real names, then no matter how much you have, I would choose being poor over being a thief to our brothers and sisters looking to make a name for themselves. I am simply coming back here cause i’ve gotten more ads from y’all and know more people fall victim to this crap all the time. MAN UP.

This program literally changed my life!! I joined multiple other Dropshipping mentorship’s prior to this one and spent thousands to get nowhere. Brandon and Chandler helped me get my first successful brand up and going in less than 3 months! From February of 2024 to September of 2024 I have two successful stores and have quit my 9-5 job. All it took was me asking them questions every single day to learn as much as possible🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Some much needed insight to this company worked with them months ago. As a student of the program I didn’t really gain much aside from access to website development and logistical support. Everything else “Mentorship” wise is you sending ideas and getting borderline yes or no rejections. I spent more time however as an employee. Was part of the sales team and managed a lot of leads to get people to sign up. We were urged to reach out as Brandon instead of ourselves and many of the sales team had 0 background in e-commerce. Taught to say “yes we can do that” and then throw it on the coaches to manage the mentoring. And of course, chances are one of the operating partners never actually talked to you or mentored you. We sold the same program to people at different prices, some paid as little as $500 others $2,500 for the same training. No real basis behind it. Results are highly fickle and you’re basically gambling with them. Coaches are not very responsive to students. They boasted a 1-on-1 hands on mentorship experience; but you’d be better off watching YouTube videos or finding guides on specific subjects yourself and achieving similar results. Whenever a potential lead asked to speak with a former student, it would be a coach acting as a former student, instead of someone actually from the program that isn’t on payroll. Extremely crooked company, would highly highly recommend saving your money.

I cant believe I fell for this . Brandon is typical scammer that takes hundreds of dollars and provides ZERO value. All his "advice and mentoring" is just the most basic knowledge found in Google searches. He lures you in by responding after minutes but after you send the money he ghosts you and you'll be lucky to hear from him once a day if even that. I sent this review with a throwaway gmail account and fake name because I don't want him to harass me.

Terrible company. They pretty much just scammed me out of my money. Brandon Parry who is the owner of ecomfamily pitched me his services after I saw an ad on instagram promoting his Shopify program. In his ad he had all these Shopify awards that seemed legit like he was an expert. Turns out Shopify doesn’t award plaques of any kind and you can purchase these on Etsy to make yourself look legit. I feel like a fool that I fell for this scam because I’m typically very skeptical of people making any claims to success in x amount of steps. But I was in need of serious help with my Shopify and I fell for his BS. Turns out Brandon and his friend Chandler are just scammers. They won’t even attempt to answer any emails or calls to address this and I see no possibility of getting back my $1500 dollars. Expensive lesson to have learned. But at least I hope my review can act as a warning for others from falling for the scam.

Not surprised to find reviews on here telling it like it really is. It looks like the positive ones are either employee, or completely fake that are praising this company. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. I’m honestly so upset about this that I’m not even going to spend too much time explaining how Brandon Parry scammed me out of hundreds of dollars with promises that were just complete lies. I feel ashamed and embarrassed I even fell for a scam like this. STAY AWAY from this company! They ended up taking $900 from me and then cutting off all communication. Brandon Parry the owner is simply a fraud. Please beware! Please!

This company is a joke. Scammed me out of money while literally providing nothing.

This company is a legit scam using unethical and misleading practices. Several people I have spoken with are starting to divulge to me how they also got scammed by Brandon Parry and his friend Chandler for $100s of dollars. If you research a bit further you will find them to be blatant scammers. We are working on organizing legal action against this company. Please take this as a warning and do not fall for this scam.

I have been working with Brandon, Chandler and Logan for a couple months. Make note I expected that this was a done for you service, in fact I was quickly made aware that I would have to put in some effort. That being said they helped me get a store off the ground in a few weeks! I recouped my investment back by the end of the 2 months that we worked together and I still work with them to this day!

I have had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Chandler and have witnessed exceptional results. Numerous individuals I personally know have achieved six-figure incomes, gaining unparalleled freedom and knowledge to make their businesses successful and sustainable. Brandon and Chandler are incredibly thorough, providing guidance every step of the way. I highly recommend their 1 on 1 mentorship program. it is undoubtedly the best decision anyone can make.
