Joined Ecom family recently and my experience is great so far , help is there with every step

The experience is going great so far. They answer all questions you have and guide you through the process smoothly. Looking forward to the rest of the experience with the team and also my first sale.

No complaints so far. The team has been very good and conducted business exactly as promised.

RUN AWAY!!! RUN AWAY!! I can not stress this enough. What this company sells in their initial call and what they practice are very different things. I was sold a hand holding experience with as much coaching as I needed. My "coach" changed with every part of the program, hard to build any rapport when you have a different face in front of you every other week. When you did get a coaching call, it seemed that they always wanted to be someplace else. Short answers, always seemed annoyed when you would ask for more details. I believe other reviewers have mentioned this too. It definitely never felt like "family" to me. There are a host of other issues, like coaches not showing up for scheduled calls but the next one is the biggest.

The kicker for me in all of this is that I signed up for the "high Intensity program" and for 5 months i was charged, in error, a $100 membership fee. I brought this to the attention of Brandon (the face of the company) he acknowledged, on Discord, that it was charged in error. I never received a credit for the $500. Brought this up to him again months later, at this point, I had closed my store and was not active in the program. I was abruptly kicked off the Discord. Now with no way to contact them, I am still out $500. They are unethical thieves!

I would like to take some time out to say thank you to Ecom Family!! They TRULY care about not only seeing and helping me to be successful, but also Me as a person! They really make you feel comfortable even if you don’t have a clue what to do. They walk and help me through ALL the process! One of the best decisions I made in my life to work with them! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I love the E-Comm community people over here who have made money in the space help you 24/7 from your shopify store all the way down to the marketing. I recommend this to any beginner or advanced shopify owner who want to get their store up and running.

I may get a short text or reposted text back that doesn't answer all my questions. This is not where you want to start. I'm getting no sales with any products with money wasted on advertising... along the $608 payments every month. It's been a bad decision.

They are great! The people are amazing, the community, the opportunity is incredible and you should definitely consider this. You’ll make lots of money if you just do what they say and work hard at it!!

Complete garbage. Please dont waste your money. Was scammed from the beginning. Aclaim charges me 250 evet month. Ecom family was 5,000 off credit card. He isnt selling anything. He has ytou pay for his training after he charges a course fee. Go to youtube and watch and you will get alot of ideas from trusting companies.

Not only has my time here at Ecom Family been AMAZING and my store is doing so well, I had a wonderful onboarding process with one of their employees as well. His name was Lucas. He helped me so much to really make sure this was the right fit for me. Always kind, understanding, and so respectful and I couldnt be more appreciative for what he helped me do. That was only the first part, Ecom Family has transformed my life!! I am a single dad, was struggling with my bills, and I took a change with these guys and man, did it work out well for me. We have been able to get my store up and running quickly and definitely profitable. I am finally able to give my daughter the life she deserves and am forever grateful to Lucas and the Ecom Family team!!!

Hello all... My Name is Richard Jackson and after seeing the 18% one star reviews, I politely conveyed to Jacob and Lucas that my apprehension was too high to proceed with their company TheEcomfamily.org, not to be confused with the other Ecom family academy with Reginald and his lovely wife. Would you believe that the young man Lucas calls me a "female dog", seeing that I wasn't allowed to use the actual word he used as he hangs up the phone?!? Clearly meant for me to hear!! Then I call back immediately, right? Wouldn't you believe no answer, I keep calling back only to be BLOCKED! Which further substantiates the ghosting accusations of all of the one star reviews, Clear indication that these guys are not to be trusted with your hard earned money, and gives credence to the apprehension that gave me pause in the first place. BEWARE!!!

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Sales & Ridgid Support

I truly believed Ecom Family was different — they said all the right things during the sales call. I asked Brandon detailed questions about the tech, support, and coaching. He promised I’d be guided step-by-step and that he would personally coach me. But after I paid over $5,000, I never heard from him again.

The platform runs through Discord, which is confusing if you’re not used to it. It took days to get answers, and my “coach” could only respond in a narrow time window. Tasks were drip-fed slowly, and there was zero momentum. I expressed my frustration multiple times, only to be blamed for not doing the work — even though I was actively trying.

They promised my store would be up by Black Friday — it wasn’t even close. Communication became combative, and I eventually gave up. Months later, my store never launched, and I’ve since spoken to others with the same experience.

Also worth noting: they offer free merch in exchange for reviews. That should say it all.

Stay away.

Complete scam artists. They sell you an idea of a business and give you another. Also ZERO compassion or sympathy. Over priced system. My family died, and I was siddenly left covering the cost of 3 funerals. As a disabled vet I was financially ruined. I went to Ecom “family” and asked to be refunded the $8,000 start up fee. I don’t even start the business mind you. Their answer at first was of course we have your back…. Then devolved to , we are renewing our lease, you should just work on the business….. I told them I was going to dispute the charges with Affirm, the finance company, and they promptly severed all communication and have ran like the thieves they are. This is the single most unethical company I’ve ever seen. Brandon is a complete pile of crap along with the rest of them.

Total scammers. They sign you up with a loan with $10,000 for mentorship but they never give any good advice. Nothing but a scam selling cheap  products. You’ll get stuck in a $10,000 loan for services that I never provided stay away from these people. They are total scammers.
