Great service
Easy to make the arrangements for the EPC. Good communication with the person performing the job. He arrived on time and the certificate was delivered promptly. Reasonable cost as well. Overall great service.

I was very disappointed with your service, I booked for an EPC review on a Wednesday and gave a phone number of my tenant for you to arrange a visit to. On the following Monday I heard from my tenant that they had received no call so then called you and was told that your engineer had tried calling so I then tried calling you every day to check on progress and to check they had the right number to call and was told that they could still not contact the tenant. And then on the Thursday (8 days from the booking) I got a text message from another tenant requesting a call to arrange a visit. This tenant was for a property that you had performed an EPC over 2 years ago!!!!!

I sincerely apologise for the repeated communication issues, the confusion with tenant contact details, and the delays in arranging your EPC review. The mix-up with the wrong tenant and the delay of over a week is unacceptable, and I am truly sorry that you had to experience this.
