From start to finish our experience with Eclipse was excellent. All the staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. We bought a pram bundle and are delighted with it!

Good customer service
Update: Pat in customer service was very helpful throughout and the order eventually arrived after being affected by strikes.
Original review: After a week my order is still in Northern Ireland at a delivery office and shows no signs of movement towards London.

Hi David, I can only apologise for the delay. We did get your order dispatched quickly, but due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes, your order, along with many orders in the UK, came to a stand still. Unfortunately your experience has been affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Hopefully if you need anything else in the future, you will give us another try. Thank again for your business.

Judith’s incredible!
Judith! How incredible she is! My husband and I walked into the store today not knowing a thing, or where to start. Judith went above and beyond explaining everything to us, but also helped us price and choose the options that were best suited to our needs and budget. I couldn’t recommend them more, you’ll be well looked after.

Egg 1 tandem adapters
One of the only places I could still get an egg tandem adaptor for the egg1, with no price hike. Thankyou so much. People are selling for much more on eBay and second hand, and it was great to find a company that didn't use that to their advantage, especially when most retailers don't stock this item anymore.

First class customer service!
Judith made our first experience with Eclipse so straight forward and enjoyable! Today we purchased our pram and car seat bundle - the staff are so knowledgeable about all the products which was so helpful to us as first time parents. After the wonderful customer service we received it certainly won't be very long until we are back to make further purchases.
