Easy Way Rent a Car Anmeldelser 

Tuve una de la peores experiencias con Easy Way Rent a Car. Primero renté un auto y me entregaron otro modelo que yo no reservé, además el auto estaba en pésimas condiciones de mantención en la parte externa. Focos quebrados, partes del parachoque que no estaban y así varios detalles externos de deterioro muy evidentes que ellos no reparan en su flota. Acepté el auto porque ya lo tenía reservado y llegando a un país extranjero es difícil saber dónde ir, además ya estaba en la oficina de la rent a car con todas mis maletas. Aprovecho de señalar que mi renta fue por 8 días. Afortunadamente no tuve problemas mecánicos con el auto, pero si una gran inseguridad durante todos los días que usé el auto.
EL PROBLEMA MAS GRANDE LO TUVE CUANDO NECESITÉ RENTAR DE NUEVO OTRO AUTO CON ELLOS , LO NECESITABA POR UN SÓLO DÍA, PARA CRUZAR A LA ISLA DE COZUMEL. LO RESERVÉ CON ELLOS Y EL DÍA QUE LO FUI A RETIRAR, NO TENIAN EL AUTO. ESO NO FUE LO PEOR, LO MAS TERRIBLE ES QUE NO ME DIERON NINGÚN AUTO EN REEMPLAZO Y ADEMÁS NO ME QUISIERON AYUDAR A BUSCAR OTRA ALTERNATIVA DENTRO DE SU FLOTA DE AUTOS.
EASY WAY DICE QUE ATIENDE 24 HRS. PERO ESO ES FALSO, YA QUE YO FUI ALREDEDOR DE LAS 23:00 HRS. Y ELLOS SE ESTABAN RETIRANDO DE SU OFICINA DE CANCÚN. FUI A ESA HORA PORQUE ELLOS MISMOS ME DIJERON QUE ATENDÍAN 24HRS. Y QUE PODÍA IR A BUSCAR MI AUTO CUANDO QUISIERA.
AL FINAL PERDÍ EL DINERO DE MI TOUR EN ISLA COZUMEL, PERDÍ EL DINERO DEL BOLETO QUE COMPRÉ PARA CRUZAR EN EL FERRY Y ADEMÁS TUVE QUE PAGAR UN TAXI DE IDA Y DE VUELTA A MI HOTEL CON PRECIOS EXCESIVOS EN LA ZONA HOTELERA DE CANCÚN. EN TOTAL PERDI $250USD QUE NADIE ME REEMBOLSARÁ, ADEMÁS DEL MAL RATO Y TODA LA MOLESTIA QUE ME OCASIONARON POR NO CUMPLIR CON LA RESERVA DE MI AUTO.

AMIGOS, SI VIAJAN A LA RIVIERA MAYA, NO RENTEN SU AUTO CON ESTA EMPRESA. BUSQUEN OTRA.
ESPERO QUE NADIE PASE POR LO QUE TUVE QUE PASAR. REALMENTE LE PONEN LA NOTA NEGRA A TU VIAJE EN UN LUGAR TAN HERMOSO.

My wife and I are in our 50s and have rented from easy way four times now. However, when we arrived at the office this time we noticed that the workers were pretty rude to us and they were not that way the previously. In the lobby of the Easy Way office they had a mannequin of President trump on all fours with his pants pulled down and a Mexican flag shoved up his anal cavity. No matter what you think of the American president this was incredibly disrespectful to anyone from the U.S. that is coming to give them business. We said nothing and then as we always do we took pictures of the car and a video before leaving the lot. The car was pretty beat up so we made sure the person checking the car out marked the dents and bent rim. All they do is put a circle in the area of the car where there is a dent but do not write anything. about what they are marking. In one are of the car there was several dents and a bent rim but he only put a one circle in that area. We tried to get him to write down what the damage was but he said he had it all marked. Sure enough upon returning the car they were very rude again and tried to say that we damaged the car in the area we were concerned about. We had to argue with them and show them the pictures and video before they acknowledged that we did not damage the car. I would not go back they just seem to have it out for anyone from the U.S. I talked to the other people who rode back to the airport with us. They were three females from the U.S. they said Easy Way gave them a car with expired plates and the first check point they hit the car was impounded and towed. They had to have Easy Way come and pick them up and bring them back to their office to get another beat up car after several hours of being delayed. They said never again would they rent from Easy Way. I will pay extra to rent from a more professional rental company and will not ever go back to Easy Way!

Terrible experience. Rented a car that wasn’t available, was downgraded, paid for full insurance yet was asked for additional hold. Had to sign vague piece of paper of now “partial coverage “They said they would pick up car from
Hotel but no that was extra charge. They charge 2.5 times more than other companies, located far away from the airport but decided to go with them because of great reviews.The manager, Jose Luis, is rude and obnoxious. Stay away

Car was pretty bang up, but makes it looks like most Mexican car.

The cars we booked were unavailable when we arrived, which was disappointing as there were 9 of us needing to fit into 2 cars, and having to downgrade to a polo
Wasn’t ideal. We had also requested automatic cars and again this wasn’t available on arrival. There was also some confusion when we arrived at the airport where the driver collecting us didn’t know there were 9 of us so didn’t have sufficient transportation for us, this despite me having included this in my booking. Finally we also got pulled over by the police on route to collect the cars, and this appeared to be due to the lack of licence to carry passengers!
Having said all that the actual cars we hired were in good condition (despite not being what we had booked!) and the team at the depot were polite and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances.

I have been using Easy Way for over 10 years.I have a condo in Cancun.Tried a few others prior. Quick ans. You get a car for a fair price. Always get full insurance.(google why) You may need it.They pick you up at airport,they are a few minutes away,no air port charges.

Very happy about my rental car choice with Easy way.
Gréât service, fast and honest, didn’t get a brand new car but in great condition and I paid the price I quote on internet no additional fees. Very fair price compair to international compagny. I would recommend eyes close.

We were told there would be a person with a name-sign at the airport. We waited a while and then we called. The driver arrived shortly afterwards. Otherwise everything was good.

4th time with Easyway and rinse/repeat the song remains the same. This is the only way to go for car rental in Mexico.

We have used Easyway five times now. Process is easy. Cars are reliable. Prices are fair. We wouldn’t look anywhere else. Great people to work with

Overall great experience. Great car in good mechanical condition. Very friendly staff. Van from airport was pulled over by police, creating a 20 minute delay in getting to the car.

I rented for a car a day to drive to Chichen Itza and back. It’s easy for pick up from airport to the company for payment till return and transfer back to the airport. Definitely trustworthy and reliable.
