East London Removals Anmeldelser

Ashely and Richie were fantastic! They arrived on time, loaded up in no time and even got to our destination before us. The unload was just as smooth and they made the entire day a very stress free experience. Great guys, great service, would highly recommend!

From the first time I contacted this company everything was smooth and efficient.
John came round and did my quote, at a convenient time.
Lucy in the office processed everything at quick speed.
On moving day I was lucky enough to have Mick and Vic helping me. They couldn't have been anymore wonderful, and no request was too much.

I couldn't recommend this company anymore.

We had Michael, Steve G and Andrew help us move and they were lovely. Super friendly, happy and efficient. There was some miscalculation from the office end but the guys stuck with it even when it took longer than they had planned for.
They did take great care, however accidentally broke one cup and additionally I’d say there were some slight errors with attention to detail (e.g. what to pack/not to pack etc.), hence the 4 stars, but I would still highly recommend the service and the guys!
The booking process was easy and the back end team were also nice to deal with and quick at responding!

Team of 5 did an outstanding job for me. Moved from a 3 storey town house with narrow staircase within Chelmsford. Good communication all through the process from booking to completion

From the start of the removal process from Chelmsford to our destination in Tiptree the guys worked tirelessly on a particularly warm day to take care in moving all of our items with care and were very curtious throughout. They took a lot of the stress out of the move and were thoroughly professional throughout the whole process. We would like to express our thanks to James, Mike and Steve G for a great job and would thoroughly recommend the guys to anyone planning a move.

What an absolutely amazing experience we had with this company, from John doing our survey, to Lisa and Tiffanie booking us in, to the service we received on our moving day, made what is meant to be one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do, stress-free.

On the moving day we had Mark J, Vic and John move our belongings from our house in Chelmsford, Essex. What a fantastic group of guys, very professional, took absolute pride in their work, friendly, courteous and had a great sense of humour.

Moving our belongings into our new house went incredibly smooth, everything placed neatly in each room.

If you are looking for a removal company that covers your area, I urge you to go with these guys, you will not be disappointed.

- Dan and Holly

Terry, Michael, Dan J and Mark were excellent moving us from our 5 bedroom town house.

Very professional and built great rapport very quickly with us, which put us at ease on what could be a stressful time, but I can honestly say it was stress free!

The team overcome some challenges quickly and took care in everything they moved.

Very impressed and thankful, they were amazing!!

The team were on time, efficient, considerate and professional. Really happy with the move and the whole thing went really smoothly. Thank you to James N and Mich!

Really hot day. The chaps worked really hard in sweltering conditions. They were polite , professional and courteous.

If I could give these guys more stars, I would.
From initial contact to pre-packing and the actual move, the team were outstanding. Dave P, Martin and Connor worked tirelessly and made a stressful situation straightforward and smooth. We can’t recommend them more highly. Worth every single penny. Thanks again guys

The whole process from start to finish was ran smoothly and efficiently. James and Luke were friendly, professional and extremely hard-working on moving-in day. I have used this company twice and would definitely use them again.

The team -Terry, Luke, Martin and Tim were amazing. They introduced themselves and were polite, professional, friendly and incredibly efficient.
I felt very reassured by them.
They went above and beyond and are a real asset to your company.
It was tough move for me and the children and they made the process so much easier for us. I can’t thank them enough.

Wayne, Tom, Mike and Steve helped us move today and were brilliant. They were so kind, knowledgable and patient. Truly fantastic and a credit to the company. Thanks for making a stressful experience so much better! Tiffany on the phone was also super kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very efficient team and extremely helpful. Checking items with us before loading and when unloading ensuring everything where we wanted. Always very polite and cheerful. Great bunch of guys over our 3 day move. Dan, Terry, Dan, Wayne, Janes and Tim thank you so much for your professionalism and helpfulness.

I recently used this removal company for a full packing and moving service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mark, Wayne, James and Tom handled the packing and moving with professionalism, efficiency, and care. They were friendly, courteous, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable.

The Chelmsford team and the Move It team were equally fantastic when it came to unloading. They worked seamlessly together, taking great care with our belongings and ensuring everything was placed just where we needed it.

From start to finish, the entire team was excellent – professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to all involved for making the move smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Booked at short notice, nothing but help and assistance from start to finish. Collected the boxes and tape from the warehouse, realy easy, all staff were great. The chaps that came to do the removal, Nick, Dan J, Steve G and Tim were great, come in a got straight on to the task and had it all done super quick. Don't panic if you haven't completely packed you get some time while the boxes are being taken out to pack the things you used on the last night. Unloading was even quicker. Thank you Chelmsford Removals, you made the day that little less stressful. Best regards, Tony - Reynards.

We shopped around for a while trying to find the right company we could trust with our removal and at a good price. East London came in with a good quote and also an in house team. They also did a video call and locked in the quote so we had no doubts about our costs. On the day they were brilliant and all a friendly bunch. They even bought TV bags for us for free. Recommended as they got all the elements just right.

Recently moved house and chose Chelmsford Removals / East London Removals. We had the full packing service and dismantling of an electric bed the day prior to the move also. The 2 men who came to pack were fantastic, took great care with our possessions and were very respectful! The move itself we had Josh, David and Matt who did an impeccable job, through a storm too. They were also very friendly and polite, nothing was too much for them, and they even put the electric bed back together where we wanted it. I would definitely recommend them!

Unbelievably amazing, professional, diligent company. Made what normally is a stressful couple of days very plain-sailing and were excellent and very considerate when moving all our things, as we had a very young baby with us and in and around the house during the move. 10/10 and we have already recommended to friends and family who are thinking of moving.

Although they arrived late they were caught up in a serious accident. Jamie and Steve were fantastic. Thoroughly professional and also very speedy. Everything was loaded and unloaded with great care. They were friendly and helpful. I was delighted with their service.
