Correct but not pro quality. Fine for airsoft but not tight enough for firearm shooting

Bought a Headset and PTT,on October 3 in 2025. when it arrived it doesn't fit the expectations so I decided to send it back, (within 7 working days) I send it back with tracking, contacted the customer service per mail and put the little letter in. No answer! No refound till today! (It's already 5 month ago!!) 130€ gone.

I purchased the Earmor M32 Plus + helmet adapter + PTT. The item was shipped quickly and arrived within 3 days. The product is in perfect condition and was well packaged.
After unpacking it, I tested the M32 Plus and accessories to make sure they worked, and everything is working perfectly.
Everything went great—I’d definitely buy from here again.

Sono arrivate martedì 10 marzo con la loro scatola e funzionanti senza problemi.
Vengono spedite dalla polonia quindi i tempi di spedizione sono un po' più lunghi, ma sono arrivate prima di una radio presa in Italia quindi secondo me ne vale la pena.

Used my Earmor M32 PLUS headset 4 times in 6 Months, started switching off at the end of some transmissions. At the beginning I thought it was the battery, then the issue accentuated over time, and then I figured out that only Baofeng UV5R-H radio transmissions caused it. By the time the product became totally unusable because nearly all of my pals have the said radio. So I contacted EarmorStore to pinpoint the Hidden Defect, they responded me a few times and even asked me my address for a replacement. Since that last email only radio silence, like their headset, and of course no replacement.

EDIT: After contacting every support mail of several countries and publishing this review they responded me in the end and sometime after I received the replacement.

Ho ordinato ad inizio Gennaio 2026 un paio di cuffie M31 plus che sono arrivate con 10 giorni di ritardo e tra l'altro difettose. Contatto l'assistenza che risponde non fornendo chiare spiegazioni su come restituire l'articolo ed essere rimborsato. Controllo la politica di reso e rispettando tutti i tempi ho diritto alla restituzione dell'articolo a loro spese e rimborso o sostituzione dell'articolo. Ma l'assistenza mi fornisce solo un indirizzo per restituire l'articolo a mie spese. Poiché l'articolo é inutilizzabile decido di restituirlo a mie spese anche se non sono tenuto. Morale della favola ad un mese di distanza e nonostante numerosi contatti le cuffie non sono state né rimborsate né sostituite. Sito ufficiale da evitare assolutamente meglio affidarsi a siti di terze parti che offrono almeno assistenza reale. VERA E PROPRIA TRUFFA

Defekte Ware erhalten. Keine Reaktion auf Emails, erst als ich es Paypal gemeldet habe. Kostenpflichtige Rücksendung nach Litauen an die angegebene Adresse, welche es jedoch nicht gibt. Somit kostenpflichtige Rücksendung. Am Ende 150€ für defekte Ware ausgeben. Finale Entscheidung von Paypal zum Käuferschutz steht noch aus.

I ordered the m32 with the ptt. When i wanted to use it, the speaking button wasn't working. After an email exchange of 10 email, i had to send it to them. After a few days i got an email that they didn't find anything wrong with the headset but still send a new one. Though the problem was not with the headset but with the ptt. In this email they mentioned a dpd tracking number. The tracking number didn't work. I asked if they also checked the ptt, and if they can check the tracking number. But now they won't respond anymore. So now i have spend 140 euro's and i got nothing to show for it.

Compré unos auriculares, el plazo de entrega inicial era de 2 días pero me llegó en una semana, en ese tiempo pregunté por el estado del pedido y no obtuve respuesta. Llevo casi 2 semanas tratando de ponerme en contacto con ellos para tramitar la devolución y no hay forma de contactarles, no responden a ninguno de los emails y que he escrito tanto en español como en inglés por si acaso.

Overall, these are very nice, comfortable headphones. I will recommend them to others.

Finally got my headphones...I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality and design of the product...very solid, comfortable and the sound is great!

I recently purchased the Earmor M32 tactical headset for use at the shooting range. The fit is excellent and the audio is crystal clear. It performed flawlessly during my latest range session, providing both comfort and precision. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable tactical headset!

I ordered m32 Milpros on earmorestore.com but got the standard m32. It took very long for customer service to respond. I asked for a discount as a compensation, but they didn't respond to that and it took them 1 week to send the MilPro which I ordered. Horrible company, will definitely not order again.

Wanted to return my PTT because it was ordered incorrectly. All processed within 30 days. The reply was that I hadn't ordered the PTT from them and there is no money back.

I CAN ONLY WARN YOU NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!

I made an order for a set of M32 ear pro and a PTT from Earmor 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive and email for confirmation or that the order has shipped. At this point in time I have tried to contact them at least 8 times and haven’t received a response. I even paid for expedited shipping and yet I still don’t know where my package is.

Update: got through to the team. They were very helpful (when I finally heard from them.) ended up getting a refund. I guess I entered my email wrong on the order. Still they stated they ran out of the color I ordered and were waiting for them to come back in stock. All numbers for CS on their site don’t work. Still not a great experience, but they did do their best to fix it. Over all 3.5 to 4 stars.

Their product the M32 is garbage. They claim it meets the specifications of military headsets and that is a lie. The headset has been tested against multiple radios, PTTs and other headsets ... Ops Core.
We cycled boom mics, ears, PTTs , basically all corresponding equipment that as allows the headsets function for safety and communication. Earmor failed.
Mic didn't work at all. Even shaved the plastic back to allow for connection and no material keeping it out of the port. A few days later , the headset started to fail. It just quits working in the middle of use.
Contacted customer support and basically they tried to give me the "walk around" of what I didn't have the correct PTT and wasn't using it write even though I gave them more than sufficient evidence that I did know what I was doing using actual military and military rated equipment to prove them wrong.
The goal of earmor.com is get sales and offer no refunds or replacements. They do not have any real quality. It's a rip off - its imitation product outsourced from the cheapest place they could find.

Cuffie ordinate domenica ho pagato la spedizone veloce ma dopo 3 giorni ancora non spedite!!!!! risulta che il corriere ha ricevuto le informazioni ma non il pacco !!!! pagate pure di piu !!! penso che annullerò l' ordine e comprerò un altro modello! per fortuna pagate con paypal.

I did some research on the M32 and decided to purchase it because I rather test things myself than believe others. I bought the rail connectors to attach to my helmet, which was a perfect fit. My Team had a range day shortly after receiving my helmet ( 2-day shipping took about 5 days from overseas; no big deal!)

Once we hit the range, I turned them on and it was a comfortable fit while maneuvering through training between pistol and rifle exercises. The rest of my team are looking into making purchases possibly. Next is to test the PTT for motorolla radios with the M32.

I had no idea that this product (M31) was shipping internationally until after I received the tracking info. Purchased April 26th and shipped out the next day. My package has not moved since then.
