Having troubles with the Earmor M20. Tried contacting support but no answer. My recommendation is to buy from a different store. The M20 design is horrible and any gunk/dirt in the inner earpiece ruins the whole thing without any way of cleaning it. Horrible design. Now I have gotten a message that they are trying to delete my review because they don’t have my name registered as a client. However the M20 earprotection is a gift so I can’t provide the information. BTW still no update on my email to customer support but they reply within no time on trustpilot… absolute scam. I forwarded my email to the Gmail also.

Two EARMOR M300T headsets.
I ordered two EARMOR M300T headsets. Unfortunately, one of them (the green unit) was defective right out of the box.
The issue is that when Bluetooth is connected and music is playing, the voice enhancement function does not work. I tested both units side by side and swapped the batteries, so the problem is clearly with the headset itself. The black unit works perfectly under the exact same conditions.
The most disappointing part is the customer service. I reported the issue immediately after receiving the order on 14 June and have sent multiple emails since then, but I have not received any response.
I understand that defects can happen with any product, but completely ignoring warranty requests is not acceptable. I hope this review encourages the company to finally respond and resolve the issue.
Update:
EARMOR replied to my review and asked me to contact a different email address. I have now sent emails from two different email addresses, but I still haven't received any response.
Update 2
Got a reply On Wed, 1 Jul at 7:22 PM from the second email i used.
Asked for order number and serial number.
Have send the order number and pics of the serial on the headset. So we are finally in touch.
I'll keep this review updated if this gets resolved.
Update 3
The broke headset is on his way back to them, i should be recieving a new one any day... When i get the new one and it works correctly.. wil update this post for the last time and also change the rating ofcourse.
Final Update (Update #4)
I received my replacement headset, and guess what? It works!
To be honest, getting in touch with customer support was a bit of a pain, but once we finally connected, everything was resolved pretty quickly.
I'm updating my rating to reflect the positive outcome and consider this issue closed. Thanks!

I’m super impressed
Delivery was fast and simple, plus I received a kitkat in the package which I thought was a really cool touch. The M32 I ordered is a net improvement over the M31 I had prior. All in all super happy with my purchase

Ordered M32 plus with some extra mounts…
Ordered M32 plus with some extra mounts and PTT button. Devices looks quite sturdy, mounts to a helmet look ok. Earbuds feel nice. Mounts were not so easy to mount on my helmet.
If you turn the volume the headphone makes quite some noise. It will pickup surrounding audio quite good.
Let’s see how that works in the field.

I’m trying to return my order and they…
I’m trying to return my order and they are ignoring me. They answered a message that wasn’t related to the return and ignored all previous an later messages. The product is defective btw.
Edit:They answered after i posted this and then stopped answering again. It looks like they don’t want me to go through the return.

We would like to clarify that we have not been ignoring your messages. We have been in contact with you via email and have responded to your inquiries, where we clearly explained the situation.
In your initial message, that you simply did not like the product and wanted to return it.
As mentioned previously, this is an in-ear product. For hygiene and safety reasons, used in-ear items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.
